Unit was clean and well appointed. Everything was very comfortable. Parking was easy and the location was easy to find. The Deck restaurant located adjacent to the pool area was a big plus as well. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was quite nice and well kept up. It was clean and nicely decorated with comfortable beds. It is centrally located, not far from the main part of town, and only about 20 minutes or so from downtown Savannah. Would stay again.

We had such an amazing time in this condo was great for us and our family. I appreciate the fact that there were beach chairs, and an umbrella to use.. We had the view of the beach in the pool, which was Beautiful to watch the sunrise in the morning. The property management was also great with check-in and check out. It was very easy and they were very accommodating..

Took our 2 granddaughters for a week and even though TS Deby came by, we still had fun in this ocean view condo. We played cards and games (which were supplied) and ate while the storm passed thru and then had a couple of beach and pool days afterwards! The condo is very comfortable, clean with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. So convenient to have an onsite restaurant & bar - The Deck. Spacious & comfortable seating balcony overlooks the pool, beach and ocean. We stayed in this condo last year and loved it so booked it again this year!

the office was very friendly and helpful.the room was in a great location and very nicely decorated. I enjoyed my stay with our family at this resort. I would have preferred the room to be cleaner. the floor was very dirty, the sink had forgotten to be cleaned, the shower was dirty, and dishes had to be rewashed. The beds where clean and nicely folded, so that was a plus.

Perfect condo for winter escape. The weather was much better than we expected and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony with our coffee each morning to watch the sunrise over the Atlantic. We also happened to be here during the full moon and were able to see the moon rise over the ocean. Amazing! The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. The onsite office was very helpful and we felt very much at home. Tybee had lots of restaurants and activities even in the off season. We have already made plans to come back next year for 2 weeks! Great winter retreat!

Even though we are locals, we rented for a week with our 2 granddaughters in tow. Beachside Colony has so much to offer being beachfront and the 2 new pools which are just awesome. The condo was great and offered awesome views of the beach and ocean. The staff at Beachside was so accommodating and friendly. The onsite restaurant The Deck was so convenient and the food, drinks and staff were fabulous. Highly recommend Beachside Colony.

Very comfortable condo with all we could have needed to enjoy our vacation. The views over the pool out to the ocean were amazing. We could sit on the balcony all day and watch the ships. The sunrise is a must. The onsite restaurant made our visit so easy, we didn't need the car at all. We did enjoy renting bikes and exploring the island. The office staff on the property were extremely helpful. We do plan to come back!

Beachside Colony was a perfect getaway for families. With a prime location, bikes were a great way to cruise and explore the island. The unit was perfect for our family of 6. Only complaint was the pullout couch wasn't comfortable, a new couch with a better mattress is needed. We would definitely go back!

For the most part, we had a wonderful stay. Costs have gone up considerably, which makes me rethink future visits. Also, we had some electrical problems on the final night that required GA Power to come out and fix a transformer.

Beachside Colony - easy scheduling, nice management and good location. The Deck had very good food (and drinks)

Clean, convenient but why weren’t we told there wasn’t a pool?
The condo was clean, comfortable bed, great location. But once we got there and looked outside we saw the pool area was being remodeled. It would have been nice to know about this beforehand and compensated for the lack of pool as it was a big part of why we picked this place. Anyone going later when it’s completed will have a great view of the new pool and the ocean.

Beautiful view from balcony, conveniently located oceanfront lunch and dinner restaurant right downstairs (closed Tuesday and Wednesday). Pools are under construction in the courtyard. (April 2022) and will soon include a heated pool! The condo itself was quite beautiful and comfortable with all the necessary kitchen and laundry conveniences. Friendly staff! Highly recommend.
