Great location

Only one gate fob provided - so if car is out cannot access the pool. Painful for the kids and really annoying. No tennis rackets provided. Had to ask the office who provided some only to find out.... No key for the tennis courts provided - you can't advertise a facility if there is no access to it! No kitchen kettle - boiling water on the stove in a pot for a cup of tea?

My whole family loved the location on the North Shore, away from the crowds but close to gorgeous beaches and nice walking trails. We planned our stay around nearby activities and were not disappointed! It was great for all 4 of our kids to have their own bed, and the kitchen had enough plates and utensils for us to have nice meals together. Plenty of towels, including beach towels. Everything was clean and the unit looked essentially like the photos. Having a digital lock instead of keys meant our older kids could go off by themselves and not worry about being locked out. It wasn't clear in the property listing but there *is* a dedicated parking spot available. It was very nice that all the light switches and remotes were labeled- that seems small, but it saved time and frustration! Overall a great stay!

Minor things- the sliding door was difficult to lock and unlock, a couple curtain hooks were missing, nothing too dramatic. Central air would have been nice, but the abundance of fans meant we were comfortable regardless. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

It was private and had enough room for 5.

Kitchen sink needed work and no beach towels.

Location on the North Shore was wonderful! Lots of great hiking trails and good snorkeling just a walk away. We really didn't have a need for anything. Staff treated us well, and we will definitely be back.

Door handle on refrigerator was really loose, needs tightening. It would be nice to have a roll of plastic wrap in one of the drawers, and a better spatula. Small details, but it would improve the condo. The only other thing, is to please update your instructional card which has map, directions for checking out, etc. We had to call the office for clarity on a few things.

Great location! Perfect spot for snorkeling, surfing and hiking. Close to everything you need. Kitchen is well stocked to cook a simple meal.

The convenience of location and comfort were great. It was nice after a long day to go to a comfortable place.
