لا يوجد خدمة نظافة للشقق غير مسموح بدخول خادمه للتنظيف الأثاث سئ جدا جدا جدا لا يوجد خدمة توصيل الحقائب لا يوجد تغيير أو غسيل للمفروشات لا يتم الرش للحشرات

Area of the apartment Any thing else was very bad

Reception was rude Made me wait for two hours to get my room No towels They didn't let us into the beach because it's full and no chairs for us Pool and sea with extra fees They even took our free bottle of water from the room Food is too bad No pull man, we had to carry our own luggage for more than 300 m walk

everything is very bad Please treat this as formal complaint against Booking.com, who mislead me to choose the hotel, as you see from the attached photos everything is not as shown in the booking.com website - dirty rooms - bad staff - no Facilities - no room and cleaning services - missing documents - first day we have no TV, and when we ask for it they provide (black and white) TV - no comfortability (always loud DJ's all the day) - swimming pool very dirty and no children facilities - ........etc. really, it was my worst time that i had since i used Booking.com i will never use Booking.com again, really you mislead me, and this wasn't expected from website like Booking.com IT IS SHAME

The view of the sea is beautiful from the apartment. There is air conditioning in each room.

No clean every day for the apartment. No enough variety of food. The electric power was cut for close of two hours in the first day. The beach was not clean, and the security got mad from my son for nothing. No enough supplies in the Market such as shampoo, shower gel, bread, cheese toothbrush and toothpaste.
