Parking was terrible!!!!! I want book again because of the parking

We had such an amazing view. This is our second time here and plan to return again. we had everything we need and more.

The room and view was gorgeous

The parking was very confusing and wasn't in any kind of order. Spent some time driving to finally giving up and parking across the street for the overflow. The parking garage had very tight turns and several people had hit the concrete wall. Not made for bigger vehicles at all, We saw a couple hit the wall with a truck while we were walking in. Might be helpful to have that on website so people would know before they come. That way they don't ruin the vehicles. The code they gave wouldn't open door so had to call them. they gave another code and was able to get in, Should be able to connect to wifi without having to call for password.

The hotel and the condo were nice Great spot on the beach

The bed was horrible

Location was good. Convenient in any direction for necessities.

Too much noise above and out front at times when we wanted to sleep.

Our vacation was amazing. The home was fantastic and had everything we needed. It was clean and beautiful. The view was amazing and I would definitely book another trip here again. The only incident we had was that the code for the keypad didn’t work but called and immediately got helped and given a new code. They even went as far as emailing me and texting me the new code since it was more complicated lol then orig and no way I would remember it without writing it down. Thank you for the amazing memories and for helping this stressed out mama of 2 almost adults gain her sanity back.

Door in shower of master bedroom sticks scared I was going to break it while trying to get it open from inside shower.

Location was perfect. The condo was very clean, well decorated, comfortable, and met all our needs. The balcony was spacious with a great view from the 13th floor. The pool area was great. Loved all the showers available to wash off the sand!

Check in time was very late, 4:00 PM and check out time was too early, 10:00 AM. I feel like we paid for a day that we couldn't use the condo. We paid a prime rate, over $800.00 for 3 days, 2 nights, but really had 2 days and 2 nights.

Called the corporate office this morning and spoke to Karen. The description of what happens is annotated in my account. Please tell management the propert being managed terribly. This was my first impression for my family of six. Long hard day... Thanks for the late check out....but the refund should be in full
