High price for being so outdated. Didn't even have outlet in bedroom to charge phones. Had to charge them in bathroom.

Very clean room, friendly staff, reasonable pet rate ($20/pet/stay). Location was perfect and overall quiet.

The sheets were soft. The water was hot. The room was spacious.
My hotel door was unlocked and opened by a male staff member while I was half naked since I was changing my clothes. When confronted he was not remorseful nor did he give any sort of resemblance of an apology. As a customer with a past history of being sexually assaulted by men this was a very traumatizing experience that made me relive all of my past sexual assaults.

The electric heaters are a it annoying at night popping and creaking.

Easy check-in and check-out.
Bathroom had evidence of poor cleaning. Used shampoo bottle and soap wrapper left in shower. There was a wrapped roll of toilet paper on the counter but two empty rolls on the holders. I wondered if the bathroom had been cleaned at all.

We needed a place to stay before climbing a local mountain. The property was very basic, but was clean and relatively comfortable. It is a good value for purposes like that because it is so inexpensive.
The light in the kitchen area didn't work, the kleenex box in the bathroom was empty, and the handle on the door to the mini-fridge was broken and scratched up my hand.

Clean sheets and towels. Liked the wood floor instead of carpet.
Bathtub was dirty and a bit clogged as it would hold water while showering. Tub curtain is also dirty. Missing drainage in the bath sink. Thin walls so could hear chatter outside as well as the cars and trucks that pass by on highway 285. Lastly, parking for room 20 was faded and took us a few minutes to figure out the best way to park.

The staff was great but the coffee was terrible. A fan in the room would have been nice.

Spending time with my kids.
The heater didnt really work. So it was super cold. The place was too big for the little heater. The TV sucked it was old. We thought the microwave was gonna blow up it made such a horrible noise.

Convenient and close to Breckenridge ski resort. Not a lot of dining choices. Friendly staff. Clean rooms and comfortable beds
