Probably the best B&B suite and view you will ever find. Two large picture windows with views of Cathedral Rock. Large bathroom with double shower, whirlpool tub and double sinks.

Location is quiet and relaxing, but it does require a drive to get to restaurants and other attractions in town. The road can be a bit harrowing after dark (it's paved, but curvy), so drive carefully.

Breakfast was spectacular - ordered from a notebook of about 30 choices - i loved it so much i ordered the same all three mornings

Best vacation ever!!

We have stayed in many B&Bs all over the US and Europe, this one is at the top of our list overall. The location was excellent, on a quiet and easy to reach road just outside the busy parts of Sedona. And the scenery was amazing, with hiking trails right there. Our room was a very large and extremely well appointed suite with a panoramic views, with everything we needed, and more. The breakfasts were prepared every morning by owners Kathy and Larry, after we custom ordered from their wide variety of delicious options. Their personal touch was everywhere, we will definitely stay with them again next time we are in Sedona.

Great location, very nice and lovely and helpful hosts, spacious room and home. The views were stupendous. Our room faced Cathedral Rock. Private balcony. They thought of everything. private hike to creek and Cathedral Rock.

Beautiful location though a bit out of town (which is actually nice). Not too far from the base of Cathedral Rock, it's as good as being in a western movie. Hosts were amazingly friendly but respected your space, food was great, no complaints!!

No cell phone reception on Google Fi but that's ok. Room was a bit hot at night but that was probably our own mismanagement, should have opened a window.

This is a hidden gem - excellent hosts, very comfortable room with amazing view of cathedral rock. Breakfast is amazing, along with generous supply of chocolate, icecream and snacks! Personal touch for everything - it’s not to be missed if you go to Sedona!!

The hosts Kathy and Larry are so very nice and they went “the extra mile” to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Their very nice home is situated right in the middle of Red Rock Canyon. The views from the house were just amazing. The hosts are extremely knowledgeable of the area. They provided us with maps and real life experiences of the trails and sightseeing options. Breakfast was phenomenal! Kathy has a large book of breakfast options including pictures. She and Larry made our breakfast,to order, per person, every morning! Most B&Bs serve one menu for all, not here, you get exactly what you want!! We loved it there and We will return!

We would have preferred a king size bed but the queen size worked. We didn’t get to se the javelinas, they are nocturnal and won’t perform on queue. Everything else was perfect!

What a wonderful experience we had at this bed and breakfast. We’ve stayed at many B&Bs but this one exceeded our expectations. Starting with location because as you’re planning your stay in Sedona, this was one. of our high priorities. We love to hike and see the scenery and never had to get in our car to go. We hiked Cathedral Rock and a couple other beautiful hikes and could have kept going if we had stayed longer. The hospitality is amazing. Kathy and Larry are wonderful hosts and the lovely accommodations exceeded our expectations as well. I didn’t have to thing of anything ..from the most comfortable bed, grand views of Cathedral Rock from our bedroom, coffee on their beautiful patio w hummingbirds at the feeders. And the breakfast..oh the fun of planning what to have and the high quality of a healthy breakfast was just amazing. My only regret is we didn’t stay longer. We will be back and stay longer. Excellent service by the couple who owned the B&B. Really delicious breakfast options which were made to request each morning from a menu book! (never seen that before). Great views and little add ons such as snacks and chocolates definitely made this place a return for us!

From our room to the breakfasts to the hosts themselves (Kathy and Larry) - everything truly was perfect and it exceeded our expectations. It is very clear that Kathy and Larry put a great deal of effort into their guests and ensuring you have a comfortable stay. I can’t recommend enough.
