I like the mattress and the pillows. Very comfortable. I like the location too. so close to the beach with a good price. They have a 24/7 customer service group. Very nice

The property had exceptional accommodations and was very clean. Comfortable beds, plenty of space for the whole family and a great location. The space under the house was perfect for grilling out, and the deck had a very cozy feel to it. we watched fireworks from the deck and one of my kids even chose to sleep on the couch outside.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. I highly recommend, and will absolutely be renting again in the future.

When I booked this property it reflected an open view of the ocean with the pictures. Upon arrival the house next door blocked the view. You could catch a small view between the houses on the small deck at the side of the house or under the house you could position in an area to catch a small visual of the water. The price with fees wasn’t what I pictured. $2k for a non water view isn’t ideal. I booked well in advance so I could have a variety to choose from for this trip. I chose it because of the pictures and representation. We checked in on Monday late afternoon and by Wednesday afternoon we’re being asked to leave because of electrical issues with the house. I called in because the washer wasn’t working, the microwave wasn’t heating, and the lights wouldn’t turn on in rooms. Maintenance came out flipped breakers and called in telling them to schedule an electrician. I received a message a short while later abruptly ending my stay and with very little help without repeatedly reaching out to management. They had no other homes available on Crystal Beach and were trying to move us to a less comparable location In Galveston. I declined and asked for a refund for the remainder of my stay. Initially customer service was offering $500. I asked for management because I paid $2k and stayed 2 nights out of 4. They after several hours and multiple attempts to reach them called me with a refund for 1/2 of my stay. Overall, I feel if management and maintenance had been more concerned with our dislocation 5 hours from home my nerves wouldn’t have been shot being left to wait for customer service to reach out for relocation and refund of services. I won’t stay with Vacasa again out of worry they will respond in the same manner. At the end of the day we crossed over on the fairy and found Moody Gardens with availability. The staff were awesome and the rest of the stay was relieving.

Many of the amenities that were listed as being there were not. There was no toilet paper, paper towel, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap/body wash, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, or fabric softener.
