Great location!

Too many messages from Vacasa, I got emails, texts, and messages through the app. I understand many guests don't check the app so either an email OR text is fine, but both is not necessary. Otherwise the townhome was fantastic and Vacasa was very responsive.

It was a cozy little place perfect for me and my girlfriend

The hot water never lasted more then 10 minutes

The view, the staff brought a new vacuum sweeper . The location convenient for walking. To stores, and quiet neighborhood.

I was afraid of the gas fireplace. Didn’t know how to operate even with the I instructions . I was afraid that I might not do it correctly and gas myself.

Very homey and quiet located on golf course

Master bath toilet seat was broken and threshold to kitchen was loose. Told mgr who had all day to fix it while we were gone and wasn't. I called Vacasa # that I would fix it if I was reimbursed. A maintenance person finally showed up during dinner which was not considerate and fixed the seat but not threshold. Also the toilet was caked with some residue which left it looking dirty.

access to the house was difficult both front door and back. However other than that all was great. Love the deer that come by in the morning when you are having coffe
