Slightly outdated, room had a stale air. Average breakfast.

Wonderful location very close to the sea in a charming town on Italy’s coast in Puglia. The hotel was renovated about a decade ago and the interior is very nice. The breakfast was generous and delicious and a very good value as it was included in the price. As we visited in early October, it was the off-season. The weather was very good, but there were very few tourists in the area. The room rate was an exceptional value for the quality of the hotel. We also enjoyed the on-site spa facilities. Every single member of the staff that we interacted with was polite, helpful, and spoke English very well.

Sadly, the fantastic looking pool was closed during the off-season, even though the weather was still nice enough for swimming.

Hotel staffs were very helpful, communicative, and friendly. Restaurant was amazing too and we had dinner here every day during the stay. The outdoor pool is also well designed and the view from there was enjoyable. We spent totally relaxing days.

Spa facility; it's not like something you expect from some resort hotel. Turkish bath that is made of plastic and leaking, Finnish sauna which are designed to accommodate 4 but practically 2, hot tab also in plastic. The outdoor pool closed around 7PM, which is too early even in September.

Hotel Aurora Del Benessere exceeded my expectations - I stayed there for 3 nights and picked a larger room on the 2nd floor of the hotel with separate entrance. At first the lighting of the room seemed un-sufficient, but this is something you get used to, there is plenty of sunshine outside. I really liked the size of the room, the size of the bathroom, everything was OK and comfortable, the room is not fancy, but the space and comfort is good. I also liked the reception staff and breakfast. Funny thing - normally a hotel over-promotes its own restaurants and services, this time the hotel briefly mentioned restaurant Kahlo, but they should have recommended it more :). I only managed to have a light dinner on the final night and found out that Kahlo probably was the best restaurant in this small city. If I had known it before - well, easy life, best dinner is downstairs :).

Room was not very clean. Building is a bit tired, incl. some mold here and there.

Breakfast ok, I enjoyed the proximity to Miggiano, Bagni Marina (good restaurant ) Parking avail in garage ( a little bit expensive 15€ though..)

Old Aircondition units, very noisy and almost not cooling, and for such an SPA establishment and aim to be "luxury" they need to replace the old worn equipment to new ones ! We almost got no sleep.. hot and the buzzing AC. Also no towels available or given for the use of their pool - we had to go out and buy new ones.. ( in a SPA hotel !)

The pool was OK

This wasn’t a proper seaview as stated on the site. You could rather see the buildings and the sea as a thin line from the window.. The walls were dirty in the room and in the bathroom and plaster/paint was falling down in places. The drain in the shower where partally blocked and the water didnt go down properly therefore it got a bit disgusting This is definately not a 4 star hotel!!!

I loved the restaurant. I chose the hotel because of the fabulous breakfast and I was super excited to find out the restaurant you can have dinner at, has the same chef Gianfranco Carlà. I had such an amazing experience that I booked dinner two days in a row. If you are a staying at the hotel, they also give you 10% discount. The hotel has a perfect location, so you can park the car just outside and reach the center and the sea on foot. It has an amazing pool with view of the sea where you can also have a snack. Definitely go back and suggest the place. Kahlo restaurant is going to become a must stop along the way of Puglia. The hotel also has amazing deals in terms of prices.

The room could have been better, but for the price I paid I was super happy.

The attention was great. Specially Gabriella and Isabella. They were really helpful.

The pool and pool bar were amazing, relaxing with lovely views of the sea. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

This is a tremendous value for money hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Isabella on Reception was attentive and helpful with local knowledge. The pool/pool bar is great and we used it everyday after our excursions to relax. The restaurant was excellent and the Chef did prepare some specific dishes for us as requested.

Parking was on the street and a bit random, but not a major issue.

it’s a nice hotel with a good breakfast. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful.

The toiletries do not get replaced even when they’re all finished.

The corridor could be "freshen up". Other costumers slamming the doors in the morning (but there is not much to do about that).

fridge didn’t work. pool area had no lunch offering (despite there being loads in the menus). spa was closed when we wanted to use it - what’s the point in a spa if it’s shut (recommend you book earlier)

The swimming pool with a great sea view. The friendly staff and nice breakfast. Also the hotel is situated in a really nice and calm town.

In general, it didn't feel very clean. Based on the smells and stains in the hotel and room, there were some moist issues here and there.

The hotel was clean and the night staff were very friendly and helpful - nice hotel in terms of decor.

The surroundings aren’t nice outside the hotel (plus nearly everything was closed and there was a horrible smell!). The fridge in our room didn’t work, the spa is very expensive and the language barrier was a little too hard for even basic communication at times. The lady in the spa was almost rude (to the point that we didn’t want to go back for pre-booked treatments the next day) and made us feel like wanting to use the facilities was an inconvenience. We left early but cannot thank the evening staff enough (we didn’t catch the gentleman’s name) as well as the young lady who checked us out this morning.

Everything was perfect! The room was really clean with a beautiful view ! Mr Livio was super accommodating and also all the staff was professional and nice. Amazing breakfast with a big selection and of course..Pasticciotto! We had a great time and definitely highly recommended!!! 10 stars!

The pool and poolbar were very nice.

The ability to get some food would be helpfull, but I was noticed before arriving that there was no restaurant, so can't really complain about that.
