La piscina muy agradable, los jardines bonitos, las camas más o menos cómodas. Limpieza buena. Cerca del Parque del Café y de un par de restaurantes aceptables.

Almohadas muy incómodas, habitación pequeña con un closet pero pocos cajones, baño con muchos desperfectos (no había bandeja para ubicar el jabón, ni en la ducha ni en el lavamanos). Aire acondicionado fuera de servicio, solo ventilador (aclaro que era suficiente). El restaurante ofrecía servicio de buffet (no incluido en la tarifa booking), al irlo a tomar nos dijeron que no había suficiente para los que reservamos por booking ¿Ah? Claro había para ofrecer cena a los empleados del restaurante pero no a los clientes. Desayuno poco variado (tres días igual, apenas un día ofrecieron algo distinto). La música en la piscina, mejor dicho "el ruido" (variar la música, no solo regetton). En las noches hay mucho ruido de un cancha y circo que había al frente.

the pool is really nice. it also has a very good location.

the rooms don’t have very good ventilation or natural light. if you want to have natural light you have to open the wooden windows and everyone can see you. the air conditioner wasn’t working and the shower was not draining properly.

The hotel is well located, cool pool , night movie activities. Is what you need to go and visit Colombia's coffee region. Staff very gentil.

They can improve their restaurant lunch & snack options. There is not too much to eat besides the breakfast.

everything was unique and country feel. the Pool was the centre of the place and everything was close by. the food was good and the accommodations were nice. it is a very short walk to the nearby village and a quick ride to the parque café.

The staff was amazing, the place in itself was beautiful.

The meals were pretty basic, you could hear almost everything from the neighbouring rooms, they had 3 machines to do excercise and two of them were not working properly.

Everything was good...the gardens beautiful, the restaurant and the costumer service.

The pool was cold

Beautiful and Typical Hotel with beautiful gardens and simple but comfortable rooms. We also liked It’s location near the Parque del Café. The food was good but not varied.

We think this hotel has everything to give a perfect experience but it lacks of creativity and of service! People that attend are nice but not proactive to give the guests the best service! They do not take advantage of the facilities to offer the guests different options to stay in the hotel. No luggage service to your room No room service They do not offer you anything. For example one day we stayed all day at the pool and nobody came to offer us some food and beverages! The food is good but they always give the same flavors all days and do not promote the food of the Region that is delicious! The hamburgers are terrible! The cocktails are terrible! The amenities very simple

Cleanesss food was good. Great for kids. They have animales in the farm... kids loved them

Everything was really clean and organized. The employees were friendly and ready to take care of your requests.

Breakfast could have more variety.

It was good but I like to make an observation that the facility does not have any amenity such a coffee or beverage/snacks be more reachable at any time. Considering it is in a place about coffee industry . It depends of hours restaurant. I will suggest either to place coffee makers in the rooms or be accessible at the lobby or somewhere else in the facility. It also contribute to a promotion about the best product in the region.
