We loved the location, the spacious house and the lovely yard and the pool.

House inside was not well cleaned, things of previous tenants were left in the wardrobes (open food etc.). Bed mattresses were old and not comfortable. The staff was kind but would enter the yard without notice and this was very annoying. We understand the maintenance of the outside yard, but they should have given us a timetable of their visits and not pop-up at their own convinience without knocking the door. We liked the place and wanted to give this feedback in order to help you become better.

Villa was well equipped with everything you might need in a kitchen and spacious - one double room is a little smaller /tight. The pool and gardens were lovely and Alex came every morning to ensure it was immaculate. Certainly a great villa and location. Quick walk to the beach. Lots of hot water and towels. Air conditioning in bedrooms worked well. We didn’t pay the extra for the lounge air conditioning. Very clean.

The villa is set in 4 villas. Night 1 / 2 neighbours partied til 3 am - then as they left other noisy neighbours with a drone arrived the other side - that said, this is not the fault of the villa - more the agents letting the neighbouring villas to large noisy groups! You might expect this in Ibiza but not in lachi! The villa is on a road that can be quite busy at certain hours, and there was quite a bit of noise from workmen. I think we may have been unlucky with neighbours- the villa was great and we would def return. Agent information not accurate re cleaning etc but luckily Alex who owns the villa was on hand to help/advise - no contact from agent or a courtesy visit to check that all was ok. Begging cats a little irritating as you had to keep the patio door screens shut to stop them coming in. All that said - the villa is still brilliant!

Location spot on for beach and shops Villa was great pool was perfect well looked after by Alex and his Wife and Daughter ample space outside

Somethings in the villa could do with updating toaster /kettle /cups Etc Dishwasher didn't work not a problem for us as I prefer to wash dishes in sink

There wasn't anything not to like about our stay. An amazing location and 2 mins walk from the beach. Villa was very roomy and pool extremely clean and quite large. Around the villa the owner Alex has planted many fruit trees to include...Lemon, large and small oranges (He even grafted a small orange branch onto a large orange tree). Also, pomegranate, apple, avocado.... We found the genuine hospitality Katrianna and Alex showed really made our trip so special.

Nothing not to like. Didn't like leaving there and going back to a colder climate.

Villa with great location near the sea. Good swimming pool which was cleaned every day. The kitchen has everything needed.

A stunning property. Totally shocked at the size. I can’t explain how exceptional this villa was. highly recommend this to anyone and I’ll be returning

Great location very close to the safe beach and bar lovely little walk into local town Latchi where there is great restaurants on the beach. The description of the villa on booking.com needs to be amended there is parking and there is 3 bathrooms 1 en suite this is not mentioned in the villas description

Beds we're a little hard this is only my personal choice, pool was very cold, there is still a bit of building work going on locally
