location and roominess

I purposefully was searching for first floor locations Ada accessible- for some reason this came up in my search but it wasn’t Ada we had second floor. faucet was leaky - air conditioner was not able to keep condo cool once the outside temp hit over 80, grill had no propane. Condo can use basic maintenance/ several broken tiles/ cracks on walls- caulking missing tubs etc

The area

Everything about the property is awesome! This is our second stay, and we love it here.

Our entire stay construction was going on at an adjacent property. Every morning we were awaken to the sound of jackhammers & bobcats. The bedding upstairs had noticeable stains.

The views were wonderful. Parking was very convenient Was nice to have fans in the unit Location was convenient

Unit needed a good cleaning. Glass doors/windows were streaked as if someone tried to clean them Bedspread was stained Bathroom rug was very dirty Bathroom floors needed a good sweeping, found loose long hairs on the floor. Patio screen had large hold in it. We have stayed in multiple condo, and this was very much below our expectations especially since a cleaning fee was charged If the owner is off site,it would be wise to check on their cleaning service

Great location with a fabulous view. The unit was clean and comfortable. Great instructions were provided which set a great tone for a long weekend with our family.

Didn't see any locks on the patio doors but not a big deal as nobody is climbing into the fourth floor. No issues noted.

We enjoyed the view and the pool. It also made the vacation more enjoyable with all the things in the condo, so all we had to do was buy food.

The condo is great! Everything you need is there. The view on the deck and master bedroom overlooks the cove and channel. The cleanliness was terrific!

It is not pet friendly but I can understand why. It’s a nice place to stay and there are unresponsible pet parents

the views of the lake, being able to sit on deck and watch the big boats go by, see the beautiful homes from our view, being able to grill out without having to go out to dinner. the weather was gorgeous.

that the pool water was freezing

It's was very comfortable, relaxing and easy to find. And had everything you needed to say there.

Nothing!!! There was nothing to dislike about my stay. We loved it!!

We made our own meals. It was easy to do, since the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and the utensils we needed. Really liked the large refridgerator, made it easy to store food for our size family.

I don't know. We really enjoyed our stay. It was a much needed family time vacation. Don't know what we did not like except maybe some of the weather and no one can control that, and even some rainy days can be fun.

The condo was very nice, clean, and the views were amazing! Would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Lake of the Ozarks.

Very spacious and comfortable convenient Location Pools were clean people were friendly. Perfect for watching boats and Fireworks Awesome displays!!

The view was spectacular.the layout of the apartment was great.the gas grill was nice.

There needs to be a good though cleaning of the apartment. The coffee pot took forever to brew a pot.
