Location near railway station (trains to airport also). Very friendly and helpful staff. Modern and comfortable room and bathroom with all facilities.

Сначала были заселены в неподготовленный номер. Ситуацию быстро исправили, но новый номер был подготовлен только на одного человека, на следующий день комплект ванных принадлежностей добавили, но тумбочка возле кровати была только одна. Соответственно розетка тоже одна. Двое суток вода была только летней температуры. На третьи сутки появилась горячая вода. Цена не соответствует номеру, сам отель очень красивый, но номер, к сожалению, похвалить не могу

La ubicación. Un poco a desmano del centro y la zona es muy desangelada. El personal del hotel con el que coincidimos solo hablaba italiano… ni Ingles ni español…

Kahvaltı ve kahvaltı çeşitleri ve sunum çok iyiydi.Personel çok ilgiliydi.Servis kusursuzdu.Otelin konumu çok merkezi,heryere ulaşım çok kolay.Bari merkez tren istasyonu ile karşı karşıya olan bir oteldir.Tavsiye edilebilir.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Conveniently close to the main train station. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around. Old town was easy to walk to. Daniela at reception was helpful and welcoming. Great service from Angelica (housekeeping) - she gladly handed to us supplies we needed for our 1 week stay. Breakfast was superb - lots of choices. And the breakfast staff was very attentive - 5-star service! The guy who mans the parking spaces was also nice. And when we checked out early am, they handed us to-go breakfast bags - so thoughtful of them!
The half-door style of the shower. Couldn't enjoy a stronger flow of the water because it spills/splatters outside the shower, therefore soaking the bath mat and the bathroom floor!

Location could have been better for accessing the tourist sites of Bari, a decent trek from most things.

Just access to Bari Centrale Train Station. just a one minute walk.
Paper this walls, j could hear the people in the next room. The goods lift next to my room was also very loud making it hard to sleep.

The hotel is near the train station, but the room was quiet, in good condition and well equipped. 15 minutes walk to old city by the main shopping street. Nice restaurant and good breakfast. Hotel parking for reasonable price. All what is needed to explore beautiful Bari.
We had a problem with taxy to the airoport at Christmas night. It was ordered, but did not arrive. Hotel staff tried to help, but failed. The problem was solved by hotel's guests.

The hotel is in a central location, close to the main train station from which there is a shuttle or a local bus to the airport. close to the port and to shopping streets-We were upgraded to a suite with a huge living room, the bed was big and comfy, the breakfast good and the staff very nice and helpful. We had dinner in a nice bistrot adjacent to the hotel. And the hotel has a parking which was really helpful We highly recommend the hotel

I stayed in a mini-suite on the sixth floor, but it wasn't perfectly well sound insulated and the characteristic Italian honking from the car traffic disturbed my sleep a little in the morning.

the staff - especially super helpful reception. the breakfast - loved burrata for breakfast (and of course there was lots more). great coffee drinks. the location, while on a slightly sketchy street, is only a block from the train station’s underground passage - so very convenient for train (we came from Rome). please note we always felt safe, even returning from the old town after a very late dinner.

Reception staff were very welcoming on arrival and most helpful when we had an issue with a flight check in and needed a print out of a document. The rooms were as you would expect in a hotel like it and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom toiletries were quite basic but adequate. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of food to suit every taste. On first arriving, it feels like the hotel is in the middle of nowhere but it is a very short walk to the shopping area of modern Bari and about 10 minutes stroll to the old city.
On arrival the reception advised that we would have a welcome drink at 6 p.m. This was a lovely gesture and not the usual "fruity cocktail" variety I have had in other hotels but a selection of wines or prosecco and nibbles. The only downside to what should have been a nice experience was that the bar man was quite gruff and unfriendly in dispensing the drink - but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and maybe he was having a bad day!
