Great location. Nice room with balcony and lovely sea views. Staff were friendly.

Total lack of facilities in the hotel. Having the pool in the same location as the "bar" (which was rarely staffed) simply makes everyone uneasy. My children chose not to swim as they found it uncomfortable to be swimming as people are sitting around the pool drinking. There was nowhere else other than the bedroom to simply sit and have a drink or read a book, which, for a hotel described and priced as '4 star' is inadequate.

The hotel in general was very good, nice pool and spa.

The food was ridiculously expensive!! €19 for a starter which comprised of ONE prawn and a short length octopus on a pile of rice. 8 small razor shells which tasted of nothing but garlic and butter, with hardly any of the meat, for €18. We had to send both of our steaks back as they were cold and overcooked, they were very expensive too!

What a lovely hotel - the moment you step through the door you are made to feel so welcome! First off, we had a secure garage as promised; the room was excellent (not sure how I overlooked booking a room overlooking the sea!), restaurant was spot-on and the breakfast lavish. Although everything was good about this hotel, the absolute stars were the staff.

Nothing - we'd go back in a heartbeat.

No China mugs/cups for tea/coffee, just bamboo breakers, which for a 4 star hotel was not acceptable.

We loved the location, the view, the bed was so comfortable, the staff were accommodating, the spa was good (although expensive), I had a massage and facial and it was incredible. The pedicure was a bit odd though, they don’t polish toes! restaurant is excellent, would of gone more had there not been so many other places to go on our doorstep. The pool was a game changer, my daughter swam twice a day and loved her robe, we all did, very chilled vibe round the pool, especially when you can order a beer while watching her swim! The breakfast was ok but cost extra and thought was not great value as was basic. The room we had for three was small but very comfortable and had good storage which helps when it’s tight on space. Very friendly staff and were very nice dealing with our terrible French. They lent us adapters as we forgot which was kind. We would totally recommend, this hotel exceeded our expectations.

The in room food delivery and options were excellent. Excellent location and beautiful view from the top floor.

I was disappointed that we couldn't get early check-in. It seemed that it wasn't that busy in the hotel so that should have been an option. To get to our floor we had to get off of the elevator on the 5th floor and then walk the stairs to the 6th floor.

Very clean, comfortable bed. We didn’t use the pool but looked quite nice.

The room was booked as a double but had a third bed in it which made it very small in terms of available space. Appreciate the covid regulations but having to ask for coffee sachet by sachet was OTT. Parking is a pain. Restaurant rather soulless.
