The facilities incl. breakfast and dinner was great value. The room had a large led tv, nice seating and table arrangement, but no kettle otherwise nice comfortable. Hot water shower took a good 10 mins to heat up but was from then on nicely hot. Dinner was great on arrival day and both times breakfast but 2nd dinner wasn't as good, just 2 choices to compare to buffet dinner with 5 different varieties and salad etc. Staff was always very attentive and helpful in any possible way. The immediate surroundings with Terrasse overlooking a little river and great views to the mountains. Small swimming pool and gym included, extra for sauna, spa and massage.

We stayed here many days at different times and years so we know what to expect. We like the surrounding so if this review sounds negative it is just to give the true picture what others should expect. This is maximum a two star hotel. The glory days (if any) is like 50 years ago. It is run down with limited repairs. When you arrive you have to pay an extra 100:-/day for parking even if there is no parking space and you have to stand on a lawn far from the hotel. The staff is friendly but behave as if they wondering if you can pay (maybe that say something about their average guest). Breakfast is very limited, I am not picky but I stayed in almost hundreds of Czech hotels and pensions and this is as worst as it gets. I take some food but my Czech children don’t almost find anything to eat. And if you go to breakfast half an hour before closing time there will be almost nothing left. We normally buy breakfast in a shop before but this time even the fridge in the room didn’t work. On the restaurant terrace you have to first order inside and therefore you can sit there outside expecting someone to take your order. No sign and although waitresses running to collect empty dirty counters they do not care to inform you.

The hotel is situated on a quiet place (no noise from the street), yet with the town's center within easy walking distance. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The room we had was really quiet at night, considering that the hotel must have been full at that time. And the massage service provided by the hotel was excellent.

During breakfast and dinners that we had included, the hotel's restaurant staff seemed outnumbered by the guests. If you want to have a drink with your dinner, you may need to eat slowly. Also, the swimming pool is a bit too small considering the capacity of the hotel, so you may need to plan using it out of its busy hours to have appropriate space for swimming.

Classic sauna was very good. Private option for reasonable price. A very nice view from the winter terrace at breakfast.

The room for four on the top floor smelled like sewage. At first, we thought it was just unused pipes and it wiould wash off, but it got worst. A very unpleasant experience. The facilities advertised were not all available.
