Central location yet very quiet. Very clean. Comfortable beds, great shower. Fantastic breakfast with a great selection of foods.

We had dinner included which was one choice of meal, buffet style. It was nice but if you didn't like the meal, that was it.

Location for sight-seeing.

Amenities lacking: clothes hooks, power ports for electronics, facial tissues, wash cloths, hanger space, light switches, alarm clock, counter space in bath, hand rails in shower. Cleaning schedule of once in four days.

Breakfast was great. The staff was very helpful.

Ice machines didn’t work on any floors, furniture is dated, no shelf / storage space in the bathroom. Door locks were iffy.

Amazing breakfast

I loved the wonderful breakfast and dinner included with stay. The food was delicious and the convenience was an incredible treat.

Good location

Paid for package including evening meal. Which was not explained it was a buffet. The first night extremely busy, not enough tables or main hot dish. Sunday night 20th August. Informed staff on Monday morning, no recompiled or solution offered. Disappointing.

Good location.

The original room we were provided with was directly next to a loud airconditioning unit. The staff were helpful and quickly gave us a new room. However, rooms were quite small and dark. Front office very dark and dingy - poor lighting. We were unaware of works happening at the front entry of the hotel inside the mall which made things difficult.

The breakfast was more than ok. You have everyting from vegan to salmon and other things.The dinner is not very wow, but help a little. The staff are very happy to help.You have.

The roomservice didnt came to clean, even if i put to the door the message.

right in the middle of everything

Fantastic location, ideal as central to everything in Oslo. Meals were included and were of a very high standard, additionally giving a huge cost saving as food and drinks are so expensive in restaurants. Breakfast buffet was vast and genuinely the largest buffet selection we have come across anywhere. Brilliant service too. The evening meals were varied each night of our stay and the weekly menu was available to look at in the lounge. Loved this hotel and would definitely go back and totally recommend it.

the rooms were a little dark

Definitely one of the best breakfasts I have ever had. The location was central everything within walking distance. The rooms were very spacious. The staff was also very professional and accommodating.

Not much, everything went very well, no complaints, would definitely stay here again.

the dinner and the fika. Although the breakfast is normal and with good variety of food it still is far far far away lower in quality than the Clarion the Hub. The 7th floor restaurant serving dinner and the fika (afternoon sweets) is very low on quality.

We stayed New Years eve and the evening meal was chaotic and they where unprepared of the number of guests arriving. Missing a lounge bar and the possibility to use the top terrace after 21. They should also provide better information outside on how to enter the hotel after closing time of the Folketeateret passage.

The location, the staff and the meals they offered

The rooms have no closet nor shelves and makes it difficult to arrange your clothes. The corridor between the bed and the wall with the TV is very very narrow and uncomfortable. The bathroom could have an extra pair of shelves
