Great location, minutes from the beach and the center of Gros (a great neighborhood, not as touristy as the old town - it’s a short walk to old town and the famous crescent beach, but we were glad our hotel wasn’t there!) The room was a bit humid, but spotlessly clean and when we opened the window or turned on the de-humidifier (provided by the friendly owner) it was comfortable. Great value for money!

Gina is an outstanding host with a pleasant and helpful demeanor. Ready and helpful to answer all my questions. The room itself was clean and I really slept well after a full day of driving. The shower was nice and hot with a good strong pressure. Importantly there was no noise and I slept soundly.

Would have loved a coffee in the morning. There was the coffee machine and Real coffee. No filters. Maybe a nespresso machine might be better suited.

it had no window just a small opening near the ceiling but that was our fault as knew the room was like that so would get a room with a window next time

The location of the place was really great! You walk only 2 minutes and you're already at the beach, which feels so nice and refreshing in the morning.

There was a kind of painting smell in the room which wasn't so appreciable. Maybe we just arrived shortly after the room was repainted, who knows?

The location: it was a minute's walk to the most spectacular beach; within reach of bars and restaurants

We were on the ground floor and the window had to be kept open because of the warm nights. Late at night there was a lot of noise coming from the neighbourhood, plus the pension's own guests would slam the front door shut when thhey weren't supposed to.

Good value for money, given that it was high season. Also, quite good location, only 15min walk to the old town. Friendly stuff.

The room was super tiny and there was a weird smell in the batrhoom. It wasn't soundproof at all, we could hear every little sound from the corridor.

The property is really close to the surfing beach of Zurriola and easy walking distance to old town and harbour. The owner was lovely and made sure our stay was comfortable. There is a fridge and freezer available for use, as well as coffee making, microwave etc. This is a great location for a family stay - the room was perfect for our family of 4.

Fabulous location, you can walk directly to the beach from the room. Access was very convenient as we arrived quite late after a long drive but everything was prepared for us in advance and we were able to quickly check in and walk down to the shore to enjoy the sunset.

No air conditioning. Room felt damp. Room door difficult to open. Local recommended car parking very expensive at over €50 for 1.5 days

The location is excellent three minutes to the beach and walking distance to the city historic center. Of course all important places, including restaurants and shopping facilities are very close. We did not meet Georgina,our host, as there is a code check in, but she was kind and helpful when we spoke by phone.There is a very small common area with some basic facilities. Bed comfortable.

The room we had was really very small, there was no space to move around and the bathroom was even smaller. I have never seen such a small bathroom before, it felt like being inside an airplane bathroom. The parking is on the street and it is quite complicated, because the house is close to the beach, in a busy area, therefore finding a spot for free parking is difficult, even for pay parking, which is 17Euro/day, it is not easy to find a spot. The room and the house have old and obsolete fixtures and look neglected.
