Lovely apartment, clean and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. Finding the location was a bit hard only due to the fact we do not speak Spanish and Kina does not speak English and the address has changed slightly to the one listed. Once inside though everything was as we expected. Pool is clean and a good size although not used much as was at the other house that my family rented. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

Stayed for two weeks in December. The studio offers beautiful sea views and is near the beach and amenities. Watching sunrises from the apartment is amazing, and the WiFi is excellent. However, there were several issues. The Murphy bed creaks with sharp edges, and a gap at the top caused pillows to slip through, affecting sleep. The bathroom developed a persistent unpleasant odor, and the broken shower bracket prevented proper use. Hot water was just adequate, and windy conditions caused disruptive howling noises. Thin walls meant the neighbor's conversations and TV were clearly audible and went on all day long often way past midnight, impacting privacy (obviously they could hear me) and requiring noise-canceling headphones and earplugs as well as making me be very aware of the every single noise I made. Additionally, the neighbor's dog barked for hours, disturbing work and relaxation on several occasions. The host dismissed concerns about noise saying that vrbo doesn't require her to disclose this information when I suggested she should mention these issues in the listing. The host did not check in during the stay, and offered no compensation for these inconveniences. So, in other words, it appears that the host collects full payment for the apartment while concealing an important issue upon which one's relaxation would depend. While the location has positives, be mindful of these issues, especially if noise and privacy are important for your stay.

The flat is close to amenities and close to the beach. I appreciated that the owner had supplied a few thoughtful odds and ends like travel adaptors. I'd forgotten mine so this was extremely helpful.

Loved it. Apartment was spotlessly clean , location was spot on which made it a perfect base. We had the pool to ourselves quite a lot which was bliss. We would highly recommend and Kina was just a text away. We hope to get back again in April.

Bonito y pequeño apartamento, situado en el centro. Limpio y completamente amueblado. Lamentablemente un poco ruidoso.
