Questa villa in pietra è situata in una stradina tranquilla a soli due minuti a piedi dalla bella spiaggia di Soukia ea meno di otto minuti a piedi dal centro del villaggio di Kassiopi. La villa dispone di una piscina privata situata all'interno di terrazze in pietra all'interno di un giardino recintato. Splendidamente arredata con infissi e accessori di altissima qualità, la villa può ospitare fino a otto persone in quattro comode camere da letto con bagno interno e sono fresche e spaziose.
La proprietà è costruita su tre livelli con la suite matrimoniale che occupa l'ultimo piano con vista su Kassiopi e sul mare. Dal piano principale della zona giorno c'è un salotto open space con zona pranzo e una cucina di alta qualità completamente attrezzata con piani di lavoro in granito. Su questo piano c'è una camera doppia e una camera doppia entrambe con bagno privato con doccia / vasca. La quarta camera da letto è una camera doppia con il proprio bagno privato con doccia ed è accessibile dal livello della piscina.
La deliziosa area piscina è incastonata in bellissime terrazze in pietra e mattoni antichi.

Worth the wait!
Located a short stroll from Kassiopi centre ideal for a car free vacation.A quality villa providing all you need for a trouble free stay.Light and airy throughout,excellent decorative order with comfortable modern furnishings .Daily housekeeping provided an added bonus.

Villa 5 minutes walk from Kassiopi
We absolutely loved our 5 nights at the Villa Calypso. It was spacious, stylishly decorated and had a fabulous pool. The close proximity to the restaurants, shops and bars of Kassiopi meant we didn’t even need to rent a car. It was a luxury having daily housekeeping visits and the outside area was kept spotless by daily visits from Haris who was extremely helpful answering any of our queries.

Perfect
A perfect place to stay whilst celebrating our wedding in Kassiopi. The villa was so beautiful, Jane at Prestige was so wonderful in the lead up to the holiday and Barbara and her team were so friendly and helpful whilst we were there, any problems we had were fixed immediately and we had the most fantastic time. I would definitely recommend this villa - Prestige were brilliant, such a professional but personal company. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thanks again so much!

Would thoroughly recommend
After speaking with Jane and discussing the kind of resort we were looking for, we opted for two weeks in Kassiopi with our teenage children and their friends. Villa Calypso was the perfect recommendation. Clean and tidy, plenty of space inside and out, bbq, well kitted out kitchen and lovely pool. It was great to be provided with a water dispenser, coffee and other 'welcome pack' items. The location was ideal, being just a short stroll into the village and the harbour with a huge choice of local tavernas all serving great food at reasonable prices. No sandy beach but lots of beautiful coves with pebbles or large boulders - and lots of spots for rock jumping! We didn't hire a car but used the taxi firm recommended by Prestige for our airport transfers. They were excellent. Overall a great holiday. Would thoroughly recommend.

Stunning Villa
This is a stunning villa and we were so delighted with our stay. The team at Prestige Villas were super helpful and when we arrived Barbara, our host, was on hand and so accommodating. The villa was spotless and cleaned daily. They provided all the bottled water we needed and a welcome pack which was a nice touch. Can't reccomend this place enough, we couldn't stop taking pictures of our gorgeous setting. Tips for other travellers No need to hire a car. It would have been cheaper and easier to use a taxi transfer which Barbara arranged for one of our guests. The local restaurants are all good. Hire a private boat and visit local beaches, that's an amazing day out.

The villa was described as de luxe xxxxx but failed to meet that standard and certainly was not worth the cost No tv Service was available on arrival and even though the owner put this right by the first Wednesday of our holiday it should not have happened.There were kennels near the property and we had to put up with dogs barking loudly throughout the day including early morning,together with the constant calling of cockerels! Olives had fallen from two trees overhanging the sides of the swimming pool and were uncomfortable and dangerous to walk on they should have been removed on a daily basisThe villa was very impressive to look at and very well furnished but the route in and out town on foot was very uneven and dangerous particularly at night.
