A localização é perfeita, os funcionários muito atenciosos e o hotel fica colado à uma parte da mata Atlântica, que traz um frescor e aquele cheirinho de floresta… o terraço é uma delícia tb.

The only thing we liked there, was the staff, they where wonderfully, king and responsive to our needs. Unfortunately we were told (former staff) that the staff earn very, very little; 1 minimum wage per month, ($268.00) regardless how many years they work. We will never recommend this place. All night long all we heard was doors banging, loud HVAC, etc, etc. SO, IN CONCLUSION, THE STAFF IS SAVING THUS PLACE.

Fix the doors, change the setting of tables in the dining area, install railing in the out side space. Up grade the breakfast with different fruits, different meats and cheeses, add some omelets, add other cakes.

The room is great, very clean and comfortable.

Parking is a bit complicated, but staff manages it in a very practical way.

Good location and fairly good breakfast. The room is narrow but as advertised.

There was a consumption charge in the room that was not true. However, I could not complain because my mom paid without telling me first. Also the AC was pretty loud even in the low setting.

The staff very welcoming. The location excellent.

The single room, too small and only a very small window high up. Felt claustrophobic. More ideal for storage than sleeping.
