Tudo, quartos sujos, banheiros com aparencia horrivel. Privada quebrada... experência péssima, não recomendo de forma alguma.

The check in took forever and got a bad attitude from the staff. I paid for a king size bed (the only reason I got this hotel, the others nearby only had double rooms available) but went I went to check in, (hours after check inn time) they said they were none available because they were cleaning them. I asked how long it would take them and he said they didnt know how long it was going to take because the cleaning staff spoke another language. So we had to take a double room. The room had cockroaches and wasn't in a good condition. To top it all off i check my bank statement and was charged the deposit 3 times, I called the hotel and they said it was a mistake so now I have to wait 3 to 5 bussiness days to get my money back. At least the person I spoke on the phone this time was nice.

It was a reasonable price and AC worked
No hot water the day I got there till the morning I checked out. Found small curly hairs on my towels.

Vomit or feces next to toilet in bathroom and 2 big dead roaches next to the bed.

The exterior

A/C/Heater - Make noises when temperature is changed to a higher temperature and disrupts sleep. The A/C/Heater leaks on the outside(so there is a nice trail of water when you step outside)
The walls are thin
The bathroom - The toilet was coming away from the wall, the air filter in the bathroom was covered in dust, there was no water pressure in the shower(water comes pouring down in a dribble) there is a hole in the wall inside the bathroom right next to the shower and a dent outside the bathroom wall. The slap shot job of a "shelf" in the shower looked unprofessional and a last-minute addition.
The exterior door looks like it has been kicked in(can't tell by looking at the door but on the sides where the locking mechanism is. Is where you can see it).
The room has outdated furniture & some of the lights didn't work. The drawers exterior was fine, but the inside was not good.
Lastly, the shower curtain is an awarkard design
Overall, it does in a pinch, but otherwise, NO! Just look elsewhere

the breakfast was horrible ( a small bag with water and a snack )
they are not cleaning the room each and every morning.

the staff was in a bad mood. The room was not cleaned during the entire stay. the continental breakfast was a bag with 3 things that you had to ask for and they gave you in a bad way.
