Excellent location, everything was in walking distance. Beds were very comfortable, AC working very well, value for money definitely met. Wi-Fi was working perfectly (on higher floors)

Bathrooms need a major renovation. The bathroom of the first room I got was basically not usable. It was full of mold and I literally inhaled the mold in my lungs. Thankfully I could change the room and the second room (lower level) was better. If you come here with high expectations, don’t even book. It’s a basic hotel with basic equipment, which serves very much for the value. You’ll see some insects in the rooms, don’t get scared. I mean, the whole island is basically an jungle, so be prepared for that.

The only ok were towels, bed and air-conditioning, rest was awful.

Reception was disorganized, not customer oriented. I rather made taxi arrangements myself. At the check-in the receptionist wanted to get rid of me quickly. There were no signs to navigate you outside the building. The receptionist couldn't properly navigate the taxi driver when I was coming, eventhough there is just one main street. Overall everything very very outdated in this property. I didn't expect much for this little money, but at least basic standard should be available-functioning. :( Toilet seat broken/missing. Awful shower, no hot water. Broken shower doors. Broken wash basin. Poor light in the room and in the bathroom. Strange smell everywhere. TV didn't work. No internet connection - poor signal in the room. No storage room. And worst of all - big dead cockroach out in corridor. It was there in the middle of the corridor, visible, for my entire stay. Housekeepers were there, but obviously didn't bother to get rid of it.

The reception and cleanliness of the room..

Tv wifi systemwas out of order and wifi facilities too slow.

Great location in Grand Bay, very central for beach, restaurants and shopping.

Bed is too hard - needs a thick memory foam topper.
