Warm welcome. Excellent staff. Professionalism. Beach exclusively for hotel guests. Pool area with relaxing atmoshere and outdoors gym facility. Design of rooms, pool area, restaurants, and furniture. You could stay in the hotel premices all day and night, if needed, relax, swim and have the perfect holiday. Recommended without any reservations.

The bed was two singles tucked together. Instead of one queen/ king. That was a big disappointment, especially for a romantic weekend... It was not communicated while reserving or on check in.

Hospitality: Upon our arrival at the hotel, we didn't receive any assistance with our suitcases despite the fact that we have mentioned the time of our arrival prior to that. Luckily, we accidentally saw two staff members working at the beach who helped us to take the suitcases down the stairs. Later, we discovered that our room was only prepared for two people, even though our reservation clearly indicated that there would be three guests. The staff just made a joke about it and brought the super uncomfortable folding bed which was impossible to sleep on and clearly didn’t meet the standards of a 5* hotel. The next day after our complain the bed was changed for a better one and we didn’t understand why it couldn’t be provided from the beginning. Additionally, we were promised to have a guided tour around the hotel but this has never happened, resulting in confusion and wasted time trying to navigate the hotel independently. We also experienced a very disappointing incident during our time at the beach when we were asked to vacate our seats so other guests can take it. We do not think that it is acceptable to prioritise one guests over the other ones. Despite that incident, the working staff at the beach was very nice and polite to us. Cleanliness: There was a strong smell of mold in our room. Upon entering the room, it was immediately noticeable and overpowering, leaving us feeling concerned about the overall cleanliness and maintenance of accommodations. To add to our dismay, the private pool assigned to our room was dirty upon our arrival. Food: Breakfast menu offered during our stay was far from satisfactory. Variety of food was VERY limited (e.g. from the vegetables there were only cucumbers and tomatoes). The menu was the same every day. We also used room service often. The first day we ordered burgers and it was completely burned (that’s for 25 euros) The patty was overcooked to the point of being charred, it was literally black and impossible to eat.

Staff were amazing, private beach was perfect as was the pool area. The position is perfect away from the hustle and bustle but a few other restaurants nearby. Easy to get around the island if you rent a car.

The complex is excellent being built into side of mountain with stunning views, excellent accommodation & lovely private beach. Breakfast excellent but dinner menu needs improvement. Staff fabulous and special mention to Beau, Sophie, Ilyanna,Chris (at the beach) and the guys on reception and drove us to/from ferry.

Dinner menu needs improvement. If you want to attract Australian, American, Dutch UK & Irish guests then you need to improve quality, quantity & selection of food offering for dinner.

Words cannot describe how amazing this property is overall. Not a speck of dirt or decay anywhere. The decor and design is fabulous. Kudos to the owners! But the best part of staying at The Wild was the staff. Bastian, the Hotel Manager , Sophia, Anna and all the servers at Breakfast, Alex our barista, Chris, Soto, Demetri … Thank you for making our time at the Wild Superb! Bravo 👏🏽.

Because we were there in the spring a jacuzzi somewhere on the property would have been amazing for those cooler seasons as well as warming up the pools.

it felt like some of the cost mark ups were unnecessary, such as French fries costing €10

We loved the location and quiet surrounding. The bar staff and table service were exceptional. The staff was quick to assist with a car transfer to town. The private beach was lovely and set up well for our enjoyment. The chef prepared wonderful meals.

Somehow we missed the free breakfast and the built-in living room couch was not at all comfortable so the additional cost for the 2-bedroom suite was probably not worth the additional cost. We should have booked two rooms at almost half the cost.

View and rooms are really good

Hi I and my wife stayed in hotel and not able to sleep whole night due to lot of mosquitos in room and we got too many mosquitos bites. I spoke to staff and they advised this is normal and no reaction from them

The door couldn’t close or locked

everything!!! the view, the room, amenities, staff (Alex, Dennis and all of the front desk and waiters/waitresses) they all made our stay feel like home … the beach is only a few steps away and it was private access

Everything was excelent: very quiet and nice, the staff very welcoming, superb views and a very good restaurant. The hotel is beautifull and provides an amazing experience. Awsome.

Everything about this property is spectacular. The infinity edge pool, the private beach, the cliff side dining. The warm, welcoming staff made our honeymoon a delight - had we known, we would have spent the entirety of our trip to Greece here. Food was amazing, views were amazing,staff was amazing. Everything was AMAZING.

There is absolutely no privacy between the toilet and the room.
