how well organised and clean it was

Nelson and wife are running this full studio remotely, and they do it well. If you want to be in another country as a local, this is your place. Brand spanking new and perfectly maintained

Extremely well equipped apartment- all the kitchen stuff you would want and also boxes of spices/salt/herbs etc- oh and a bottle of wine as a welcome! Then other useful items like a beach umbrella and loungers. These things make such a difference. The hosts had really thought of everything you might need. They were super helpful and even made a special trip over from their home base to sort out the sofa bed for us.

Nothing but I would just say if you are two people and do want to use the extra sofa bed , make sure you request it when you book.

The studio was clean and well equipped but a little small. Nelson and Thelma waited to welcome us despite our flight been delayed and very fast to reply to any problems we had during our stay.

It is too far from the centre, it is a 30 minute fast walk into Ericeria so you have to rely on Uber's if you don't have a car. There is no snack bar open on site as advertised, it is approximately 10 minutes walk to the nearest cafe /filling station.

We loved staying here! The hosts were wonderful and very tentative to all our questions and needs. They went above and beyond to help us out, and offered more than necessary with the stay. They were super welcome and provided a lot of information of what we can do here. The room was a perfect size for the two of us very comfortable and clean! A perk of the location is that we’re were about a 5 minute walk away from a 24 hour gas station which was very convenient, close to some surf beaches which were also great for sunbathing and some really yummy restaurants such as 58 (if you go there you must try the olive oil ice cream crumble! Absolutely delicious! All in all we really enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again!

If you plan on staying here we would recommend renting a car or motor as it is at least a 30/40 minute walk to the town centre however if you’re on a budget like us then we would suggest downloading the Uber app, it’s super easy and cheap. With this we would recommend getting a contact of a Uber driver in case you want to have a little party the Ubers stop running after midnight this was the only way would could have come back haha!

The location was brilliant for one of the beaches! The pool was an added bonus and perfect after a long hot day. It was a little bit of a walk into town so I would recommend hiring a car or bike next time.

The only down side was the walk into town, it was only 40 minutes but we should have hired bikes. Otherwise I have no complaints. It was perfect for our week away.

It was very clean and we liked the interior a lot. The studio had everything we needed. The pool was an extra plus. The hostes were really kind and we had a very good communication. We will defenitely come back when we are going to Ericeira again.
