The word boutique gets used very freely with hotels with few really living up to the title. The Glu is really a boutique hotel. The staff is amazing knowing you by name from day one and doing everything possible to make your stay great. From helping with transportation to restaurants; amazing service. The room was very spacious with nice amenities and great daily service. Breakfast was made to order fresh with a nice variety of pastries and protein. The location is also great walkable to many restaurants, bars and shops. You feel like you're in a neighborhood rather than just another big city. I will definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in Buenos Aires.

The Glu Hotel - what can i say. every second of the stay there was an excellent experience. Loved the hotel, the room, the terrace, the service... the most outstanding aspect is - the team! They are so supportive and warm people such that i blamed myself not having extra days to be there and enjoy more of all the above things. Superb!

Breakfast exceeded our expectations. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Carolina is great. Always smiling and ready to help us. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Great location for exploring Palermo and if you fly in and out Aeroparque.

Hotel needs to update its website as it is no longer giving complimentary water and coffee.

The staff is extremely kind and reliable. The team was always available to answer our questions or greet us. It was really much appreciated. Also, the room was very comfortable. Special kudos for the breakfast, it was delicious (best medialunas ever) and the service was great! The location is also perfect, you are literally in the heart of Palermo, so you have everything you need walking distance.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was very nice. The shower was hot. Room service came quickly.

I stayed at the Glu many years ago. You used to have tables in the front and would serve coffee and croissants. I liked that very much. It made for a very warm and friendly environment where you could chat with other guests and staff. I think you should bring that back. Or, you could hold something like that in the back of the hotel outside. It feels very isolated. It's nice to be able to have food brought to the room, but it also feels like something is missing that other hotels offer. Also, there should be a rooftop and/or spa. That would be nice. I don't think the Glu offers enough for the price compared to other hotels in the area. Overall, the staff was nice as was the room, but something is just lacking in general.

The front desk staff was so helpful with great suggestions of what to do and see, like going to the free Sunday polo matches. And the breakfast in the morning was wonderful!
