Cleanliness and breakfast

the location is a bit far from the center, but still it was a great experience for me

the bed was huge and comfortable, the room was spacious and nice.

WiFi didn’t work and staff didn’t make any effort in getting it to work, hot water pressure was bad, the safe wasn’t working and table under tv was wobbly and poor quality. Needs more power outlets or usb charging station.

Despite being a very busy hotel there was no security I was mugged inside the hotel after check in, a group of three entered the hotel and stole my back pack after spitting on me, used as a distraction method. We were meant to stay for 7 days. I decided to check out after one night. The hotel did refund for part of the booking, the nights charged were not worth it as I was unable to sleep. The hotel is busy with groups of people often sat outside smoking in the foyer area which can be a little intimidating, I did not push too much but appears the hotel may be accommodating refugees. I am not trying to be unsympathetic but with high footfall through the hotel it’s not surprising security is an issue. The room was adequate, certainly not 4 star. Dusty and dark hair in the bathroom. I’m blonde so definitely not from me. I would not choose to stay here again.

The parking was excellent. The bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast the cheese and fruit looked as if it had been left over from the day before and the coffee machine did not make the coffee or the milk warm.
