Familienzimmer sehr groß und sehr sauber. Lage des Hotels sehr gut.

Wir hatten Zimmer mit Frühstück, welches nicht 4 Sterne entspricht. Gründe: Automatenkaffee nicht gut, warme Speisen wie Eier, Speck, Palatschinken etc. leider kalt. Brot und Croissants schmeckten wie vom Vortag. Speisesaal nicht ansprechend und sehr laut. Lautstärke der Aussenklimageräte hörte man auch bei geschlossener Balkontür im 4. Stock.

Szoba tiszta, kényelmes ágyak. Takarítók kedvesek, segítőkészek. Finom, bőséges választékú reggeli. Közel a tengerpart.

Recepciósok nem túl barátságosak, segítőkészek. Szörnyű parkolás. Közvetlenül a hotelnél nem volt hely, csak kb 100 méterre, ahol elsőre a hibás kártya miatt nem tudtunk parkolni. A parkolás külön fizetős. A szálláshoz termál és sós vizes wellness is tartozik, de valójában ezek másik szállodákban találhatók. Egy labirintus az egész, sok lépcsőzés és liftezés után megtaláltuk. Az egyik helyen kevesebb kártya volt nálunk, így nem engedtek be, a másikon pedig nem működött a kártya. Gyereket, babakocsit és cuccokat cipelve újra kellett járni vagy 4 hotelt, ami nagyon dühítő volt. Játszótér a tengerparton található. Szállodához tartozó strandon is a napágy fizetős. A tenger egyből mély, nincs gyerekeknek pancsolási lehetőség kialakítva. A szobában nem minden lámpa működött. A klíma hangos. Egy lift van, ahol mindig sokat kellett várni.

Nagyon kedves és segítőkész pincérek! A wellness részleg a szálloda lanchoz tartozó összes hotelben használható volt.

Nem volt a reggelinél növényi ital!

Friendly staff, very good breakfast, average dinner. The rooms are very spacious. There are two separate pool complexes - one with sea water and the other with thermal salt water. The pools are big and the water temperature is warm (30 degrees C). There are many options for taking walks along the coast.

Spacious room, big balcony with a little sea view. Big bathroom and clean sheets. Great breakfast with a variety of things to choose from. Really friendly staff which helped anytime needed and promptly responded when we had issues with the room

The strange way to cut the way to the sea. You need to go through another hotel and then take the stairs (98) down to the main road. The other option was to go around without stairs

Room is spacious, we were staying the 3 of us in one room and could still feel separated, also there was a longer corridor leading from the entrance door to the bedroom so you didn't realise when someone went to the bathroom early in the morning. We were up on the 5th floor enjoying the direct view not only of the seashore but also the variable birds. Terrace was also spacious. Food was really excellent, you can pick bites even if you have intolerance and they served seafood as well every day. Located in the very center.

The back side of the toilette lid had yellow spots and the bathroom door opened right on the toilette. If you have with you a senior, consider the fact that this hotel lays on the hill and can be accessed from the street/beach by 3 elevators through 3 hotels which by the way for us -the youngers- was awesome experience. The other way is a straight line of stairs.

Really comprehensive wellness possibilities, it corresponds to the motto life class wellness style. It is possible to be somewhere even the wetter is not really sunny or it rains. I was taken at my arrival, before the foresehen check-in time and it was provided possibility to use wellness center after my check out so I had nice waiting time until my transportation arrived. Excellent customer friendly organisation. Nice pure not cold sea water in the pools 👍🧜‍♀️
