First the location and the views are breathtaking! The staff are super friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious. I liked the ambiance in the terrace and the restaurant with live music. The rooms (especially the Air-Conditioner) was clean and comfortable. Its location near the beach. It exceeded our expectations! We will be back for sure :)

Fantastic location, views. Cleaning of the room was great. Food is honest and tasty. loads of vegetables and seafood - all cooked nicely. We are fussy with food and we found it more than acceptable.

Reception staff is disgustingly rude especially the young guy who was checking us in on Saturday 30.06. All of them have no understanding of customer service - you are treated like you owe them for staying in the resort. Room was very small and uncomfortable. We booked a room with sea view and it didn’t look at all like on the pictures here on Booking.com. It was dark and tiny - could hardly walk around the bed. Air con only works on fan mode and doesn’t cool the room so you either suffer with the noise and blow of air in your face at night or sweat to death. Cannot open the windows as mosquitoes will eat you alive. I booked long time ago but when arrived was told that only ground floor room was available. It was a complete dread returning to the room in the afternoon as there were always other guests sitting on the lounges right in front of my balcony smoking or loudly talking on the phone. zero privacy!

The hotel and stuff are amazing. The food is included, although it was an amazing it was not bad. The only thing I didn’t like was that the sauna was closed after we reserved a massage. Also the massages are not very good but overall the hotel is good
