We had a great stay. apartment clean and well arranged. beds comfortable. reception staff were very helpful and friendly. well organised boot room.

There wasn't enough comfortable seating for people to relax in the apartment. just a small 2 seater sofa which doesn't seem enough in an apartment that says it's for 8.

The usual convenience of Les Menuires, close to 3 Vallees, love the location, great for our family.

The snow of course, but that aside the apartment was a paid upgrade to a premier apartment, we were expecting more space, kitchen was hopeless if you wanted to cook, very little equipment, a microwave oven only, very tired decor, lights not working, broken freezer door in fridge, worst apartment we have stayed in Reberty or Les Menuires.

worn out furniture, several repairs needed in the apartment during our stay, crowded swimming pool and sauna, nobody uses towels in sauna so the hygiene is low

Location was great, we were never told of the facilities or where anything was. We had to find out about the ski locker ourselves. We had a broken kettle and it was replaced and we requested a heater and one was brought up. Once we had requested a heater the room kept warm and we could just keep it on low all week.

The room was cold as was the showers in the pool area.Initially the pool was cold but warmed up during the week.

Easy access to the slopes. Grocery store, ski shop and lift pass kiosk on site. Our apartment was small but well laid out. Better use of space than similar accommodations in other resorts we’ve stayed.

A locked entry to the building with actual key or keypad needed to enter would provide a bit more security. A single kids snow boot was stolen from the hall outside of our apartment door (left out to dry). This happened to several rooms on our floor and it sounded like it was going on across the property. Likely just kids messing around — but we didn’t feel the property really did much to help rectify the issue (never got the boot back) and really didn’t seem too remorseful about the situation. Only other minor complaint is the single ski room shared by many chalets. It is quite tight in there during morning and evening rushes.
