The rooms are excellent and very cozy. The manager was very friendly and took care of our needs. We were a group of 12 people. I suggest the excellent restaurant both for the quality and delicacy of the menu but also for the exceptional service offered. The excellent service and expertise of Ergys is recommended. Moreover is mandatory a recommendation to the outstanding swimming pool and SPA.

The coffee during the - as excellent announced - breakfast came from a lousy machine. For real espresso coffee (served in the public cafe just at the side) you had to pay. The internet in the room was bad: with often time outs. In this five star hotel, you sit on the toilet with the sink in your face. All right for a backpack hotel, but not in a five star one.

The most outstanding aspect of this hotel was the incredible customer service from the reception staff. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such friendly, helpful and welcoming hotel staff ever! Well done Albania. Our stay in your country far exceeded our expectations and we had an incredible time.

It was so very hot in the room and it was hard to get it cool. The beds however were blissful!

This is not the first time we have stayed at the hotel. I really like the location, in the very center of the city, there are many cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. The room is very large, with a Jacuzzi bath, 2 mini fridge, stove, sink, dishes. Sauna, swimming pool in the hotel are very popular with our children and us. I especially want to mention the staff. Everyone is polite and ready to help. Special thanks to the waiter Ergot for the quality service.

Room is not quite five star hotel standard, bathroom old and definitely need refurbishment.

great location right in the centre. private parking. very good breakfast and the breakfast waiter was so kind. extended our stay here. liked the balcony overlooking the street- lots to sit and watch.
