Siamo così vicini alla Disney che in realtà siamo arrivati al nostro parcheggio al Magic Kingdom in soli 10 minuti a un ritmo di guida piacevole.

La nostra casa si affaccia sul lago / area protetta, ha una zona coperta estesa con una superba grande piscina privata e spa con lettini imbottiti. Puoi goderti la serenità delle viste panoramiche dalla nostra posizione elevata all'interno di Windsor Hills e la privacy di nessun vicino di casa. Che altro si può anche intravedere procioni nell'area di conservazione!
La nostra camera da letto principale è un punto di osservazione perfetto per assistere allo spettacolare spettacolo pirotecnico Disney ogni sera!
L'area della piscina ha anche grandi tavoli casual e comode sedie per la lanai full-length per i vostri pasti all'aperto, oltre a una TV via cavo esterna.
Come la casa gode di una piscina lato est - è possibile rilassarsi in piscina sotto il sole quasi tutto il giorno e godere di un patio coperto ombreggiato che è perfetto per chi vuole sedersi e rilassarsi fuori dalla luce diretta del sole, mentre altri possono fare il bagno sotto il sole !
Internamente la casa è stata professionalmente arredate e decorate secondo uno standard molto elevato. La nostra casa è completamente autorizzato e soddisfa tutti i requisiti da parte dello Stato della Florida per affitti a breve termine (STR). Inoltre, siamo proprio a titolo definitivo in modo da non dovreste avere preoccupazioni per andare in preclusione. Siamo molto orgogliosi della nostra casa e possiamo assicurarvi che uno standard elevato venga mantenuto da visite regolari da parte nostra.
La nostra casa si trova a 300 metri dalla club house, la sua grande piscina riscaldata a laguna e l'acquascivolo, il teatro, il bar, il negozio, i tavoli da ping pong e la palestra e l'ampia area giochi per bambini.

We have stayed in Windsor Hills before, but this house was the BEST we have stayed in. The home was clean, open, and an ideal set-up. The main floor set-up was perfect for spending time together. Each room was beautifully decorated and not over crowded with furniture.

Property was beautiful. Only thing was a little challenging was the heat in the hot tub and the power to the tiki bar. Besides that the home fit our needs for our family, making our vacation great.

The house was exactly all we had expected from the pictures. Very spacious for a family of 13 and the outdoor setup with the pool and the tiki bar was icing on the cake. My 6 years old autistic son absolutely loved the pool. Sam was very responsive to any questions we had. We also ran into the property manager during our stay and he was very nice and welcoming. Perfect location conveniently located to all the Disney parks and all of your other entertainment needs from shopping to dining. This will definitely be our go to the next time we’re in Florida.

Just came back from 2 weeks at YOLO with 6 adults and 4 kids. Fantastic villa, pool and outside area, better than all others we seen on Windsor Hills (And there is a lot of good villas) Decorated to a good standard and so easy to settle in on arrival. Host Sam was brilliant, replied to any queries before and during our stay. Inside was loads of space and modern, kitchen fully equipped. Can’t get much better for location, 10mins from parks and 2mins from large Walmart, shops, places to eat, McDonalds etc. Games room fantastic for everyone. A lot of villas in Orlando look great on photos but do not resemble reality but YOLO House does. Huge washing machine made life easier and plenty of beach towels provided for pool area. Nobody will be disappointed staying here, highly recommend.

The house was amazing. It had (almost) everything we needed for our big group which was in town for Summit and Disney parks. We have stayed at many houses for cheer and this one by far exceeds any house we’ve stayed at. It was clean, modern, furniture was sturdy and looked expensive, beds were comfy, garage had a game room and the outdoor area with pool, furniture and tiki bar was amazing and roomy. TVs galore! The kids and adults loved it! The reason for 4 stars is the communication with the property manager was lacking. We had a few small issues but it took sometimes a day for anyone to respond. The issues were with the pool pump not working properly (they did send someone the next day and resolved), broken cordless vac (but we were finally given instructions where the broom and corded vac were) and no face clothes! They said they were “too personal” to provide. What? Aren’t bath towels personal? And don’t they get washed? We were confused. We had a lot of females who needed to wash their faces so we had to go out and buy wash clothes because the house did not provide those. Not a deal breaker but weird! So heads up if you come to this house, bring your own wash clothes. They did provide pool towels which was very helpful since packing those are not easy. Overall, this house was amazing! You can’t go wrong staying here.

This house is as advertised! It’s a step above most of the other houses in the neighborhood as it’s bigger and the extra space in the pool area leaves room for dining outside and relaxing. The Tiki bar is also a home run! We had no issues and Sam answered the couple of questions I had immediately. We would definitely return!

We loved the house and the space, we loved the location from house to clubhouse we could walk. The pool and hot tub was nice to come back to and relax in. Everyone was super friendly and nice. We definitely will be back and everything was true as advertised.

Top notch in every way. We lacked nothing at YOLO-everything we needed/wanted was there for our multi-generational group, including baby/toddler gear, fully stocked kitchen, televisions, laundry, comfortable bedrooms, beautiful en suites, games room, and spacious living areas. The outdoor area far exceeded our expectations. The outdoor living space is huge compared to other homes we saw on our street. We had sun into late afternoon & the pool, bar, lounges makes you feel like you are at an all-inclusive!

We were looking for a house that was close to the Disney parks and this was perfect. The house was perfectly clean especially the bathrooms! It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were so comfortable and the location itself is very quiet and safe. There was a problem with one of the bathrooms but the owner fixed it and was great to communicate with which is very reassuring when you are in a rental. Our children loved the pool too. The house has lots of space - perfect for families. Cannot recommend this house enough and would love to return someday! Thank you for having us.

Yolo house was stunning . The children yelled with joy when they saw their mickey mouse and star war rooms. The tiki bar is lovely.
The game room was used well as was the pool. All in all excellent place to sray. Very centrally located. Thanks to Sam and Steve for keeping things running smoothly.

We had such a great time. The YOLO House was absolutely stunning. We enjoyed our time there. There was an incident with a very rude security guard at the gate on one of our last nights there. Other than that my family enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this house to others

The yolo house is a very nice house to stay in when in Kissimmee. Close to all the main roads, supermarkets, shops and restaurants nearby. Gated community, therefore safe. Close to Disney. Great pool and spa. Lots of space for everyone. Every room has a TV including the patio. Gameroom very nice.

Very good overall. Great location not far from resort pool and playground around the corner. The only hiccup was the dryer could not get it to turn on followed quirky instructions but took way too long to get it to work or gave up.

Overall the stay and experience was fantastic! There were a couple small surprises when we arrived (ice maker did not work, no laundry detergent, etc) but these were very easy fixes with a quick trip to the community clubhouse.
Sam was extremely responsive throughout our stay. The home was very clean, the pool was fantastic to have. There are many TV's so no matter who is there, people can watch what they'd like at any time. The location is also fantastic as everything you need is close by. We would certainly stay at this home again and recommend it.

We really enjoyed out 10 nights here. The villa is in a great location to Disney, but also to restaurants and the large Walmart.
The Villa was very clean and spacious, the decor was really nice with a minimalist feel which I liked. The smart tvs were great so we could watch Netflix ect. Loved the addition of pool towels, it saved so much room in the case not having to bring them. Washing machine and tumble dryer we very much appreciated to take all the clothes home. Games room was very good and the kids loved playing table tennis.
Few points that need addressing, the fridge has been mentioned but it does need replacing! being in July we had hot weather but amazing thunder storms too which lead to massive downpours, the chipped bark from outside came in and all ended up in the pool! it took ages to clear it and still there were lots of bark in the pool!
I would certainly like to return again.

Since the day we arrived, the air conditioning on the second floor is bad and the temperatures were up to 100 degrees, they never solved anything for me. I want to know how I can recover something from what I pay in a property that I could not rest because the heat is exaggerated, the children go with hives on their skin from how suffocating the heat is, I made the report and no one helped me.

Great location
The property was in a perfect location. Lots of tourists so expect to have waits in traffic, restaurants and stores. We did not mind the wait, we expected it. The home was great for me, the husband and our 4 kids. My only down side is there were not enough face towels for everyone. I believe there were only like 3. We purchased our own. Also, when we were about to get in bed I found a few long strands of hair next to the pillows in the master and my daughter found same downstairs. One last thing, make sure to buy/bring your own toilet paper because there is only one (1) roll in each bathroom and no replacements. We learned that the hard way. (LOL) We stayed for 5 days and had 6 people total. Definitely needed more then 4 rolls of toilet paper. The pool was awesome as well as the spa. We had trouble working the spa the first few days but once we were told correctly it was great and very well appreciated. There is plenty of dishes to use which my daughter and enjoyed as we were the cooks for our stay. Overall, great place and no major issues just the minor ones. Sam is great and responds back in no time.

Epic Family Vacation
This was a wonderful property, that was excellent for a large family vacation. After long days at the close theme parks, you could relax in the pool & hot tub. The game room with the pool/ping-pong table was a hit with the teens and adults. The resort property also had a swimming pool with water slides that were free. You just needed to go to the club house and get wrist bands. I also appreciated that it was a gated community. Definitely felt safer to be there than other places we have stayed in the past. I highly recommend YOLO House!

Overall good experience
Our overall experience was good. When we arrived though there was a old note on the fridge that the ice maker didn’t work. Not a deal breaker but I believe there is another review from 2021 that said the same thing. Their was plenty of outside seating by the pool. One note though the thermostat won’t let you go below 72 degrees so it got a little warm up stairs at times. Thankfully we were there in May and not July or August. We also brought our own fans which did help too. The neighborhood is awesome we have stayed there many times. Bathrooms were great. Also there is a basketball game in the game room that they need to fix. The screws keep coming out of the wall. Overall a wonderful home. This was a last minute booking for us so we were pleased.

Amazing house
This was an amazing house for my family vacation. There were things to do for all ages. They had ping pong, a pool table and a swimming pool!!!! We will definitely be renting here again!!!!!

YOLO house
Our family vacation postponed twice because of the pandemic was just what we waited all this time for. The house was big enough for all 15 of us. The new decor was homey and comfortable. The pool and spa were the hit of the trip!
The close proximity of the house to Disney was a blessing. We were able to come back for a few hours for a swim and rest and return to the parks later refreshed.
I would definitely recommend this VRBO for anyone planning a Disney vacation!

Great Vacation. Great Place.
We have stayed in Orlando before. This was by far the best yet. The place was recently updated and perfect for our combined family of 11. The pool area was perfect and we spent most of our days playing in the pool...this is before a remodel that is happening soon. If you are looking for a spacious, clean, great neighborhood, relaxed place to stay...THIS IS IT. In addition to the house the clubhouse is a great addition too. The communication with the owner and the property manager was easy and efficient. We would stay here again.

Good value but some issues
House location was good but the home was a little beat up. Ice maker was broken and there was no bbq as advertised. Upstairs ac went out halfway through trip and took a couple days to get fixed. Furniture worn and was not comfortable but there was ample space for all.

Loved our Stay
Having stayed in dozens of VRBO properties, this one is in top 3. It is so unusual to find this many perfect bedrooms for adults (3 king, 1 queen) and 2 kid rooms with beds for 5. 4 nice bathrooms. Perfect location. About 10 minutes to attractions, and in a lovely GATED community. Well appointed. Some normal wear and tear. Owner in UK was super responsive. Local manager Matt returned texts immediately.

Perfect for our family vacation
This was a great place for our family to stay. It had plenty of room for 11 of us. The pool was wonderful and very clean. The cleaning crew does need to do a better job. They left towels in the washer and we found them after about a week. There were also dead ants inthe corners of some of the rooms they missed while vacuuming. The owner was great to work with and responded to all my questions quickly there were a few minor things that need to be fixed, ie rug needs cleaning, minor repairs, but nothing that was bothersome. I would rent this house again and would recommend it to anyone who has a large group of people renting. This development is close to Disney and about 30 minutes from universal. Thank you for a wonderful 2 weeks!

Beautiful place
The family and I really enjoyed our stay, would definitely stay again, the house was very spacious. The only downside is that it doesn't have a grill and the carpet needs replacing

Good location
The house is located near the parks. The resort is secure and if you are using rideshare as a mode of transportation it takes a while to get in since they don’t issue passes if you don’t have a car.
The house was as described the upper floor carpet needs some work but otherwise the size was perfect for our entire family.

Not great
The hot tub was not a hot tub and I wish that was made more clear before we rented the property. The house was not very clean and with paying for the heat in the pool, I thought the hot tub would be hot. If we would have know we would have not paid for the heat in the pool.

Family getaway
Amazing place with huge kitchen huge dinning and living area nice big pool with spa jacuzzi! Waterpark separate but comes with the stay overall a fun time! Would definetly stay here again!
