I liked that it had a pool, and we had a good kitchen. Everything was clean and the owners were very nice and welcoming!

We didn't have enough forks and cutting knives, along with other crucial items. We would have liked to have those at the start instead of having to ask for more of those items.

Good apartment with everything you expected. Safe place to put my bike in. Nice person that managed the building. Swimming pool.

Hosts were very friendly and always ready to help. The apartment was very spacious and very well equipped. The location was central, the centre of Willingen was within a 5 minute walk. There was a pool on premise and when the weather was bad there was always a playroom for the kids.

Parking is a challenge. ;-) We had a permit so we could park nearby. Shower was very small, I didn't really fit. We had no other problems with the facility.

The swimming pool was great for the kids (we had quite bad weather unfortunately) and the location is very convenient.

I would recommend to add some pieces in the kitchen (there are no baking trays at all, very limited number of plates, etc).

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT ATTITUDE - STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! The studio was clean and the location is very good but that is about all. I work as a hotel inspector for major tour operators like TUI, Thomas Cook, Expedia etc and I have never been treated in this manner.

On our booking form it states that we should have been met in person but there was an envelope stuck to the window at the entrance with instructions in German only. We originally went into the wrong studio and used the kitchen to cook dinner but when we realized out mistake we cleaned the kitchen and moved into the studio we should have been staying in. The next morning the manager and his wife knocked on our door as we had to pay the rental fee and bed tax in cash. We told them about our mistake and the managers wife instantly accused us of sleeping in the beds (which we never). We were also accused (to our face) of stealing knives and forks from the kitchen. Every time we saw the manager and his wife they were very rude about everything we did, even where we parked out car which was not in the way of anybody and there were no "no parking signs" where we parked. The studio had beds which you push up into a cupboard, which gave you more space to move around. The furniture is made of very cheap ply wood and on our 2nd to last night the panels from 1 of the beds fell to pieces when we pushed it into the cupboard. We called the manager immediately who accused of pulling the bed on purpose to break it which is so ridiculous. They told us we would have to pay and they wouldn't fix it so we would have no bed for 1 person for our last night. We contacted Booking.com who were fantastic and relocated us to a different apartment for our last night. The wife of the manager is so rude I'm surprised she is still working there as many of the reviews state the same thing. The photo is very old and the building looks as though it is on its own but it is actually surrounded by many other buildings. The place was sold as an apartment but it was actually a very small studio. The swimming pool is awful, very dirty and in the basement so its very dark.
