The staff is polite and helpful, the location is in the very center, the restaurant is nice, you may also take a short walk and eat in any of many other places nearby.

AC is noisy.

Parking space in the inner courtyard was amazing. Away from prying eyes, private and with spacious parking spaces. Staff was friendly and reception area was well made, and it was on the better side of ordinary hotels. Room was spacious, temperature was OK the entire time.

If i should rate it by priority: The mattresses. The double bed was squeaky, really soft, and hanging lower in the middle portion. The foldout bed was with a thin temporary mattress, which is not really OK when you're paying like for a normal bed. Another slight annoyance was, that from the inner courtyard of the hotel, the paid parking, you can't go inside the hotel - you have to walk around the whole perimeter of the building with your luggage, because entrances from the parking are Staff only. The furniture in the room was in great shape, but a bit dull. Decor is plain and like in an ordinary run-of-the-mill hotel room. Bathroom sink was mounted so low, that you have to really lean forward in order to use it, and that's something I really disliked. Shower drain is slow to suck all the water out, and during a full-body shower, you're left ankle deep in a small pond of your soap and used water.

I asked for early check in, but we arrived even earlier than early and all went amazing. Staff was very helpfull

Breakfast could be more healthy oriented. More and fresh looking veggie :)

Great location, private parking in the backyard of the hotel, very friendly and helpfull staff. Breakfast was excellent and tasty, with many options (meat, eggs, salads, sweets, etc) The room is very big and comfortable, with all needed amenities. Even though it's in the center of the city, rooms are quiet. The desing of the whole hotel (especially room) is beautiful and simple. Wifi working all over the place. Bar&restaurant in the lobby. The hotel parking was full, but they offered us nearby public garage on their expence

Centrally located. Kiosk across the street works nonstop, Maxi supermarket on the main square, minutes away. Ideal location for exploring the city center on foot. Excellent value for money. Kind staff. Excellent breakfast. They have nice vanity kits. For example, tooth brushing kit and shaving kit. That was not available at the prestigious Ambassador hotel nearby which has 5 stars. You can select a smoking or non-smoking room. Very nice lobby bar. Room windows can open. It's always nice to let fresh air into your room.

Some minor things but they can be overlooked. For example, some carpet stains, but you are not going to sleep on the carpet anyway. My room was the non-smoking one. My friend had the smoking room and his was perfect. Like I said, this is a small thing and may not mean that every room is like that. I am always surprised how some guests do not care about other people's property. Do they behave like that at home? Probably not.

Nice new hotel with very spacious rooms.

Lobby and halls were smoky and cleaning staff were a bit loud early in the morning.

The room carpet was either very dirty next to the wall or there was some serious mold on it. Also the walls are paper thin, so I could hear the tv from next room and discussion like they were sitting in the same room.
