A fabulous location that felt like home away from home, we were very well looked after by Jan, Liz and Michelle and appreciated the local knowledge and tips of things to see and do.

Great location for visiting Caernafon Castle, less than 5 minute walk. Room was comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was fabulous, excellent quality, and generous portions. Jan, and her sister Michelle, were both friendly and very helpful.

Minor niggle, the in-tub shower had a high step over height.

Stayed 1 night, beautiful B&B, very clean. Bedroom and bathroom - beautiful decor. Had a fantastic vege breakfast. Jan and her colleague were the most helpful (with parking) friendly and accommodating hosts I have come across.Will definitely stay again!!

Jan has thought of everything at the property. Spotlessly clean and so comfortable, amazing bath towels. We had such a lovely stay in the balcony suite. The view from the decking over the castle walls is beautiful. The room is very spacious with everything you could need including a fridge, microwave, books and games. We had all toiletries including bath bombs! Our breakfast was delicious and on Easter Sunday we had hot cross buns and a cream egg. Such a nice touch. Our dogs also got treated to some sausages at breakfast. We even got a parking permit for our trip to snowdon. Would return here next time we visit north wales for sure.

Parking a bit tricky outside but it’s a historic area with narrow streets and Jan helped us park by asking neighbours to move cars closer together so it wasn’t a problem at all.

Very clean and excellent breakfast.

Made very welcome right from the start of our stay by Jan, and her staff. Loved our balcony suite with its own sitting room, and separate bathroom and bedroom all self contained for our use. Outdoor area and view from the castle wall was spectacular. Bed was comfortable and warm. Hot shower was great. Plenty of tea, coffee, hot chocolate etcetera and a fridge and microwave provided too. Warmly greeted every morning and on all occasions. Breakfast was delicious and we were always asked if there was anything else that we wanted.. We will definitely return.

The only thing that we can say that we did miss a little was the hot tap to the sink never had hot water. But, we didn't mention this as everything else was so great, and lovely we didn't like to say.

Our dog also loved it, small garden for him to go out in which was really helpful. Definitely recommend. Will stay again next time in that area.

Very friendly hosts - went out of their way to be accommodating when we had an awkward check in time and give us tips for the area. Felt very welcome! Great, comfortable rooms with lovely amenities. The breakfast was fantastic too. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
