El ruido de las otras habitaciones, se escucha todo y en la noche se escuchaba muy fuerte alguien que escuchaba oraciones religiosas o algo así a un volumen demasiado fuerte

Just a few hours before arriving in Padua, they called me and said we are overbooked and you have to go to another hotel. The second hotel was called Arcella, and it was not a good place at all, and it was full of small and large insects and cockroaches. When we turned off the lights, they came out from under the bed and into the bathroom, and we had to spend two nights with the light on. sleep.

Good location close to train station. Lovely Pakistani restaurant just at end of street. People at local cafe bar and grocery store did not speak any English.
Sheets on bed were very clean. Good that there were extra blankets as the heat control did not appear to work.
There was no one on site. There was no cleaning or towel changes during stay. This is not a hotel and definitely not a bed and breakfast. Not sure how this is classified - you are basically renting a room in a house.
Mould around tub. Towel warmer in bathroom but does not work. Sofa cushions were dirty and flip side of cushions had blood stains.
Could see that once upon a time this was a lovely place and the previous glowing reviews must have been based on previous owners.

The location is close to the train station. The owner seems nice and open to negotiate in order to meet your request as much as possible. You get the towels so you do not have to bring your own
There is only one bathroom. That maybe was not a big problem for us since there were only about 3 rooms booked that night, but I do not know how will this property function when all of the rooms are booked and there is only 1 bathroom (at least on the ground level). Also, it would be nice if there was more sockets

I came with motorcycle and owner provide me a garage behind facility for the night. Very nice!!

Everything was very clean. Staff was friendly. Large kitchen with dishes and cutlery. Big and quiet room with air conditioning.

Quite close to the Railway Station. Comfortable beds. Very spacious room..
There are many local lodgers or roommates that don't welcome newcomers, don't know that tourists are supposed to check in... when we came in the evening with our kid, we were tired and the lodgers there haven't even invited us in and haven't let us sit to wait for the host...
There is no place to keep your luggage after checking out in the morning.
The room is quite unclean. It's design is nice and that's it. There is a jacuzzi in the bathroom, but it's dirty, uncomfortable and wonky.
The host speaks badly English.

We had the room with our own bathroom. The room was really big and the bathroom was super beautiful. Also the bed was quite big. We had a couch in the room and a flatscreen.
