The room was clean but the good review stops there.

The staff provided no assistance whatsoever. In a group, you only receive one key, and if you're unable to access your room, they flatly refuse to assist you. One night, when we returned to the hotel, we were compelled to pay the night male receptionist 50€ just to gain entry. The hotel's actual location is right in the heart of all the clubs and bars, resulting in an incredibly loud environment where the music can be heard until 4am. Security measures were severely lacking, leaving us with little confidence in the safety of our belongings. Moreover, the entire hotel emitted an unpleasant odor, indicating a lack of cleanliness. The bedding was extremely dated and there wasn’t enough to provide our room.

The staff and the cleanliness of the building was really good.

The whole hotel is in a terrible state of repair, including extremely noisy boiler in the room which kept us awake every night.

the location is great, right at the nightlife area. The room we stayed has a great view toward St George bay from the balcony.

There is an odor in the rooms due to humidity. Bed linen are damp. There was no duvet at all. Only a blanket which you suppose to put on top of bedsheet by yourself. AC produces only noise instead of warm air. We were freezing for 2 nights there (January) Pictures are very deceptive. Hotel definitely needs to be refurbished.

Customer service is non-existent. We have been trying to contact them by phone/email/message for almost 1 month and NO response since, never seen that.

The only good thing was the location of the hotel.

We booked two rooms with my friends, the rooms were not cleaned well, in the towel there were some hairs, in the walls there was mold .. I do not recommend this hotel

Location good. Rooms awful. Small, dirty and uncomfertable beds. Bathroom in desperate need of remodeling. Mold everywhere. Water all over the floor after showers. One day we did not get more than one towel ( we were 4) they said they didnt have enough for all brcause the hotell wasfully booked.

Very good location

Very unfriendly and unprofessional staff. The room was smelling so bad from cigarettes. The A/C didn't worked and in the room was so cold.

The nearby stoney beach.

Wi-fi didn't work in the room. Had to use reception area for a signal. For Malta I found the area is too upmarket and expensive.

Beach is right infront of hotel and night clubs are around the corner.. Every night is party so it feels like "Christmas in July" 😜 Definatly I'll be back..
