Exceptional location with lovely hosts. The property is spacious and well planned to take advantage of the wonderful views.

We loved everything - of course I must start with the lake view - postcard picture view, just amazing. The villa is very comfortable, we found everything needed to feel like at home. Location of the villa is great, very quiet and very relaxing. The owners are always prepared to help if needed.

The property was about 20 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Anecy which was beautiful but we were glad to get back to the peace and quiet of Lakeview 180 o . This was a self contained self catering property with a great kitchen, dining area and living space with comfortable settees and other chairs. There was a very comfortable bed in a large bedroom, the bathroom and separate toilet were of very good standard and quality and had many great extras. There was a nice seating area with table and chairs, sun loungers, parasol and barbecue outside. The kitchen was very well equiped and had a good sized fridge freezer, great for the heat wave we had at the time. We felt very secure with the property being inside an electric security gated area. It was located on the side of the mountain in a very quiet and respectable neighbourhood. Then there was Joyce our host who was simply brilliant. She was very friendly and made sure everything was spot on for us and was avilable for help and lots of good advice for trips and restaurants etc. The views across the lake and surrounding mountains from our home (and it did feel like a home) were stunning and could be seen from the three very large panoramic windows. We loved it. Thank you Joyce for making us feel welcome and making our holiday a holiday.

Beautiful and comfortable chalet with a breathtaking view on lake Annecy. Close to the city and the mountains. Ideal for daily excursions. Owners extremely nice and welcoming. Always ensuring the guests are comfortable and have what they need. Stayed for 8 days with my family and looking forward to returning there very soon.

There is literally nothing not to like

Landscape that opens to you in the morning waking you up is just amazing. Property is located on the hill, so you can clearly see the lake. Being there at the end of October we had a lucky chance even to swim with a baby :) We spent there a very good time, hosts were nice, really friendly and helpful ! P.S. Weather forecasts were not accurate at all and there are more chances to have a sunny day than a rainy one :)
