Beautiful property! Location was easy to find. House was clean and provided everything a family would need. Family enjoyed the pool, yard and BBQ and all the space it came with. Thankful for all the outdoor beach toys, water shoes, life jackets ect in garage. Our Granddaughter enjoyed riding the bikes. We left a boogie board for the next guests and hope it adds to the collection of beach fun!

May family and I stayed here for 10 days during a recent trip to the Big Island. The neighborhood is gated and absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect for us.
The home itself was large, clean, and well appointed. We usually ate two meals a day at the house so it was great to have a large kitchen to cook or just make sandwiches to bring to the beach. The pool and hot tub were great to come home to after whatever our adventure was for the day. Having a washer and dryer was a real benefit and the extras like coolers, beach chairs, and snorkel gear were an unexpected perk as well.
Communication was excellent from the very beginning and we felt the price was very reasonable for this property. We would highly recommend staying here.

this house was perfect! all the amenities you could ask for are there. the house is clean, newly remodeled and beautifully decorated. we will stay again. the kids loved the pool, the house is close to town but very quiet neighborhood. no complaints at all. loved it!

A fantastic week in Kona
We had a fantastic time at this house in Kona. It is in a beautiful gated community, just minutes from world class snorkeling and downtown. Beautiful sunsets can be seen from the pool and plenty of outdoor seating for Al fresco meals.
The house is well appointed with plenty of beach towels, snorkel gear, and other beach gear (umbrellas, beach chairs, sand toys). The kitchen had most utensils and baking dishes you could need for a week and plenty of storage containers.
Our one complaint was that the secondary bathroom shower was quite slick and could probably use an in shower mat or safety bars, or both.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay here!

Great House
A great place to stay. House is very spacious and the pool is amazing. Location is great, quick drive to shops or even walking distance once you know the shortcuts. We spent more time at the pool than the beach.

Hot tub doesn’t work
The house was relatively clean when we checked in. The pool was warm from the sun but the spa did not work at all. We spent a few days trying to get it to work throughout our stay and it just wouldn’t get hot. I texted the property manager multiple times through our stay about it and never heard back. The cleaning process was time consuming and unfair compared to the cost of the cleaning fee that we were charged upon booking.

Wonderful stay
This was an amazing property to stay at! Check in was a breeze, easy communication with the managers. The house was very comfortable. We had four people stay here and there was plenty of room. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The location is an easy drive to downtown. It literally felt like our house, I would definitely stay here again.

Great location with a private pool/spa
The property was great. We have teenagers and having a pool and hot tub in the backyard was just perfect for those down times at the house. We used the pool/spa every single night. We loved the sunset views when we were not down at the beach. We loved the house, just the right amount of space for everyone to have their own room.

Won't rent with Elite pacific rentals ever again.
The location and property were close to description, but the property manager was completely terrible. They harassed us about when we would get in and demand to know our exact flight info, why? We should get the property from the listed check in and check out times. When you get to the property, there are signs all over the house saying not to use AC under 76 degrees (in Hawaii?), not to remove the pool skimmer (which screeches non stop and woke us up every night), and for us to clean all linens, towels, and the house before departure (even though they charge you a cleaning fee in the contract? )
The welcome book at the house is completely different than anything the manager says, including check out time! You are in the middle of a neighborhood with no views unless you climb walls. Not really close to anything (at least a 25 minute walk to nearest shops or restaurants). As a seasoned traveler, you can get better deals for your money than having to deal with this property.

Beautiful isolation
This house was perfect for my family’s recent stay in Kona. The house was very spacious and comfortable and the private pool was heaven!!! We have been to Kona many times and it seems the owners of this home really know what a guest needs to be comfortable— there were coolers, beach chairs and an umbrella we could take to the beach and plenty of towels and a nicely stocked kitchen! I would highly recommend this home and will certainly come back in the future!

Wonderful house with everything you need
We had fabulous stay at this house, and honestly - you don't to pack anything more than swimsuits, clothes, and sunscreen. They have everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation -- down to bikes, goggles, life vests, and beach shoes for all ages. My one gripe would be the fact that the two bedrooms listed as queens actually have full-size beds, and one of those rooms had very noisy ventilation. That said, the management should note the fact that they do offer two air mattresses, which we did use for our small son when he wanted to sleep in the master bedroom with us! That was a real perk. Highly recommend this rental!

We enjoyed our stay at the Kahakai Estates home. We relaxed and truly enjoyed the pool and spa! The neighborhood is quiet. The house is spacious and comfortable. Everything about the place was beyond amazing! We hope to someday go back again!!

Even Better Than Advertised!
This property is absolutely outstanding! Sitting in a quiet subdivision nestled between the volcano and the ocean... the house is spacious and well equipped and the backyard patio/pool area is perfect! We stayed here for a week with our two children, and we all thoroughly enjoyed this property! We would highly recommend it, and happily stay there again in the future!

Everything in the home was as described. Well stocked with towels and amenities. It was everything we thought it would be, except the roaches. Our only complaint were the roaches everywhere. Would stay again.

Thanks for the use of your home in Hawaii! We had a beautiful stay. As a rental home, it was one of the best stocked homes we have stayed in. We loved the pool, the view, the privacy, the quiet neighborhood, the walk to the ocean, the colorful birds and flowers, the close proximity to everything...actually, what's not to love about this place? Amazing House!
Great house! Fully stocked with everything you would need for a family including pool and beach toys, bikes and scooters. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. We could watch whales jumping from the backyard. The central location was great. Can't wait to go back!

Awesome Hawaiian getaway
One of the best VRBO homes we have stayed at! The pool was exceptional as were the views of the ocean and of the island. The house is situated in such a way that none of the nearby houses are visible from the backyard/pool which provides for a very private & quiet vacation. The property is centrally located and everything is super easy to get to. The house is very well appointed and well stocked with essentials which is not always the case with VRBO homes. We especially liked the Ninja blender which banged out the afternoon Mai Tai slushies with the greatest of ease;). Cant say enough good things about this property and it will be our go to house on the Big Island!

Fantastic get away choice. Everything you need
The property and location has everything we had hoped for. The pool ,hot tub and landscaping with the views of the ocean created an atmosphere of total relaxation. Sunsets from poolside were stunning. Easy downtown access if you could pull your self away was a plus. Hard to beat. Oasis in Paradise
Beautiful, spacious and well maintained 3 bedroom bungalow in gated community. Open concept kitchen, dining and living room which was large and conducive to entertaining and comfort. Kitchen was well equipped with high end appliances and all necessary amenities in this beautiful home away from home. Aesthetically pleasing decor throughout. Massive master bedroom and ensuite. Televisions in every bedroom. Two vehicle garage stocked with two bicycles and an assortment of leisure gear for the beach including boogie boards, assorted snorkels, sand toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers. Exquisite backyard complete with pool, hot tub, expansive deck surrounded by meticulously manicured yard with tropical trees, bushes and blooms. This backyard is definitely the pinnacle of this beautiful home. Complete with gas BBQ, lounge chairs, dining suite with lighted canopy which made for hours of enjoyment day and night. A view of the Pacific Ocean and Hawaii's breathtaking sunsets are visible from the back yard of this pristine, island property. Friendly neighbors delivered a bag of limes from the tree in their backyard to accent our happy hour cocktails. Convenient and secure access to the property and outstanding customer service were appreciated. Would highly recommend this property and can't wait to return.

Fabulous home in Kahaki Estates
We spent a month at this location, through Christmas and New Years. It was perfect. We had some guests join us for half of the time and the house is really well laid out to accommodate other couples. The house is as described in the listing. The back yard and pool is what would set this property apart from many others. Simply amazing! We spent most of our time outside. We have already, and would highly recommend this property to our friends and family. We can't wait to visit again

Perfect Home - Pool is Amazing!
We had an AMAZING stay at this home. After a less than ideal experience at a different VRBO on the Hilo side of the island, we moved to this home on the sunny Kona side and found a home we could truly relax in! The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, house was clean and had everything we needed to cook and play. The central a/c worked great and we needed it in July! The house is raised above the other homes in the neighborhood, so you don’t see anyone else - great privacy! Definitely stay on the sunny side of the Big Island, and enjoy relaxing in this perfect home for your stay!

We had an amazing stay at this vacation home! We found the property to be clean and the manager easy to deal with. The property is within walking distance to the ocean and the pool in the backyard was amazing! Really looking forward to going back someday!

Excellent rental house
This gorgeous home was a perfect rental for our family. Our kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and the quick walk to the ocean. The home was clean, comfortable and spacious- I would highly recommend this house and hope is available the next time we go to Hawaii.

Beautiful property & location!
We absolutely loved staying here with our family. It was a fantastic base to do lots of sight seeing, walk to the ocean and quickly access town. When we were not out we enjoyed this clean and spacious house and the phenomenal backyard! The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and our family loved the pool and hot tub. We will definitely be staying here again for our next vacation!

Fantastic Holiday
What a gorgeous home!!! Perfect location near Kona and all the things you could want to do! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Hawaii. We think it was well worth the price and would definitely hope its available next time we visit this island. Have been to the other Hawaiian Islands, but this is now definitely our favourite!!! the house was really clean and the kids had a great time in the big pool! was fun to end the day looking at the ocean and sitting in the hot tub!! 5 stars all the way!!
