The owner is nice and friendly. Goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable.

the owner failed to disclose vital conditions about reserving the room. and we were told we'll pay when we arrive at the location (we selected the 11pm option OFFERED by the owner) later, the owner said he/she wanted the money in full by 8pm. we managed to get R500 (of R550 and said we'll pay the R50 when we got to the property) and he/she refused to accept the money,was rude, cancelled on us last minute and ignored every means of communication we tried,it was in the middle of the night and we had no where else to go. horrible customer service from someone who depends on clientele.

Absolutely nothing, a disgusting place situated in good area. Carpet/Mat in main bedroom filthy, foul smelling place. Its needs a good deep cleanse, painted, some curtains in lounge, blinds in bedroom. Ugly broken towels smelly, hard...omg cannot believe not cosy, not even decorated , overall smell in place...sad no effort added to enhance place..... Disgusting eeeeuuuuwwwe
