Property was centrally located, 30 mins-1 hr. away from places we wanted to visit. Property was well taken care of, new appliances, good working A/C and water pressure. Clean n neat. Basic kitchen tools/equipment.. Beautiful pool n sunbathing area. Would recommend.

We recently completed a 2 month stay and it was great. Lee Ann is a terrific host -- very communicative, responsive and proactive. The guesthouse is as described and with enough space for both my spouse and I to work. By far, the best feature is the exterior property which is beautiful and very well maintained. The pool area is great to sit around and enjoy a beverage, and the large fenced in property was wonderful (and safe) for our dog to run around and stretch her legs. The location is also very convenient to shops, restaurants and all things horses. We would definitely recommend.

Ideal location, spacious accommodations for 2, and a lovely pool and outdoor seating area awaits you here in sunny Florida!

I can't say enough good things about this Property and the host Lee Ann. The property was spectacular, we had both the house and guest house reserved. I highly recommend getting both. The property itself is huge. The pool area is perfect for lounging with friends. Perfect accommodation for a group of friends or family. The neighborhood is great for taking walks and the neighbors were extremely friendly. Lee Ann was a pleasure to deal with and extremely accommodating. Communication was top notch. I would definitely book again!

Beautiful large yard, with lots of privacy. The garage is a nice perk. Little bit on the pricey side for the state of the facilities (tile grout could use a cleaning, windows could be cleaned, dust in closet floors, the guest house is starting to show it’s age). One TV in the spare room quit working. We ended up staying in separate beds since both were only doubles. A recycling bin would be handy to significantly cut down waste. Otherwise it was a convenient stay for us who drove down and had bicycles etc. Good internet and heated pool.

House was exactly as expected, very clean and tidy and it was a lovely bonus to be able to sit out in the peaceful yard. Perfect location and Publix was just a short drive to top up groceries. Would recommend to friends

The communication and access was great.

If you're looking to stay away from the crowds and have a little bit of private time then this is the place. Located in an upscale neighborhood with fenced / gated access this small property is just what we wanted and Lee Ann is a fantastic host. This is our second visit to this property and we will definitely return

Located in a great neighborhood close to all conveniences. The house is as described and located within a great fenced in lot with gate to access the property via remote. The house has an attached garage with garage door access - very nice to be able to pull our car in at night. The interior of the home is clean. The home could benefit from some new MATCHING bath towels vs. old stained unmatched towels that need to be used as wrags. The bedding was "ok" however would benefit from some new pillows as they were flat and maybe higher quality sheets. The kitchen is assembled with odds and end dishes and missing some of the basics, like a wine opener. We arrived to find a Keurig coffee maker with a bag of coffee and standard filters... confusing as they don't go together. The TV is very cumbersome and we never were able to connect to the wifi. Overall, we think this property has alot of potential - it just needs a little more TLC.

I needed a place to stay while selling a nearby house and this was perfect. My dog loved running free around the fenced-in acre and walks around the neighborhood. Definitely recommend it.

This comfy pool house was perfect for me and my two young children. The host was very attentive and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay here and plan on coming back when we visit our family again. Definitely recommend if you're looking for something quiet, cozy and convenient.

We rented this property in addition to the main property. It was great for extra space for friends to stay comfortably without to much crowding.

We were in town for WEF horse show and it was close in proximity. It was exactly as represented online and owners were very easy to communicate with.

We wanted to be close to our family and also have a Florida feel. This property proved to be perfect for our stay.

You will not be disappointed! Large, clean guest house. Two bedrooms and large living area and kitchen were clean and bright. Yard was huge and fenced so my dogs loved it. Very clean and large pool. It was just an overall great month in Florida! LeeAnn and Farrah were so sweet.
