the parking is disaster. Not recommended for guests with car.

There is no dinner restaurant/ no room service and the bar was closed. The breakfast is below average everything is served cold.

Its location is probably its only advantage.

The room was dirty, the front desk staff wasn't sure about their policy, the "buffet" breakfast was not worth it. Not worth your money at all.

The accommodations of the staff when I wanted to I upgrade my room. My group and I traveled in for my wedding and we booked the van service from the airport to the hotel. Our rooms were readily available upon early arrival. They services were on time and even took my group back to the airport on time. I also appreciate being able to make credit card payments through PHP pesos and U.S. dollars. This is a great hotel.

I like the fact I had a place to lay my head when I wanted to sleep and the a/c worked.

They didn't have wash cloths. There was a foul smell coming from the pipes at times. The TV stations wouldn't all come in clear. Breakfast could've had more of a selection to choose from.

Location is good but not in peak time becuase of the traffic around the hotel as it's located in busy area

Nothing in the room available. You need to get your stuff with you .. it's only bed and TV. No water no hair dryer no fridge . Wifi also is painful specially at night.

the staff. we came early at 12 noon but they told us to come back at 2PM because it's the check in time. We came back at 4PM, but still our 3 rooms weren't ready yet and they gave the other room to other client. We were transferred to the other level instead. We are bit disappointed.
