Very quiet location, this site is beautiful, very proper for families especially with cildren. It is clean, modern, spacious ; seaview is wonderful & parking lots are more than sufficient. Breakfast was amazing ,assorted and refreshed each day. Very well equipped kitchen and bathroom, airco's in each room, very friendly personnel. Mr.Serkan was very helpful and kind in all the way . We felt extraordinary throughout the stay, exactly like home.

Location site was beautiful very clean and very good for families. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and friendly. Serkan was very helpful on arrival he got us water and a sly beer witch made us very welcome.

Would be good to have a small shop on site to get essentials. Didn’t find the food in the restaurant to be very good the selection on the menu wasn’t appealing.

We booked the apartment before 2 months it wasn’t ready for us, the facilities were old and not checked up before, the water of toilet was leak so much , the A\C of king room was dropping water and the floor was full of water because of it , NO wifi from the first day we used other apartment wifi , every day employees come to fix something in the apartment , there is no bed duvet in just sheets , the heater wasn’t working they come and fix while we were there , NO kettle they bring it after 3 days, The sink was too old , we stayed in the forest apartment , the pictures shown on the website totally different in the reality, we leave before our checking out date on Friday 15/7/2022 because the water stopped we can’t take shower or go to wc , too bad place to reserve it for a family holiday

cold pool… inside pool was not open. restaurant was not open. so no breakfast option which was promised in thebooking.com description. No drama if its not yet the season for breakfast and/or restaurant but then mention the opening date in the description.

Breathtaking seaview, especially during the sunsets, location away from the city bustle, but not far from the city - just about 15 minutes by car. Apartments have all necessary kitchen amenities, aircons in each room, nets on the doors. Everything was considered, up to small details. Very friendly personnel, always asking whether we need anything and quickly addressing our requests. Apartments are very comfortable and stylish. Nice pool. Good kids playground. Great price.

Water was a bit salty, but for us that wasn’t of concern, just a specific characteristic.

Clean, modern, and really silent at night. Loved the garden, the breakfast was amazing and overall price / quality ratio is amazing. The host is also extremely friendly and responsive, you can always text him even in the middle of the night and he will respond.

Some amenities could be procured by the host perhaps, such as washing machine pods, a bit of detergent and perhaps a bit more toilet paper. Also, the couch is suitable for a child / teenager, definitely not an adult xD - but was great considering the price.

Quiet place far from crowded city centre, restaurant in the complex, swimming pool, spacious apartment, terrace, view, clean place, parking lot available. Beautiful beaches within 20 minutes of travel by car, Ephesus 40 minutes, Adaland aquapark 30 minutes. So if you do not mind to drive a car to get to the beach, you would definitely love this place. Restaurant provides both Turkish and "classic" (hamburger, cheeseburger, toast) food for reasonable prices (dinner with drinks for two adults and two kids between 200-400 TL). Restaurant open from 10:00 to 01:00. Well equipped kitchen. Very quiet, no problem to sleep until 10:00😉 Also great to have the swimming pool right at the terrace so you can watch your kids while having a coffee/tea at the table. Definitely not our last visit.

Really details, but when you have a dishwasher and washing machine (which is great), you should also get few tablets for them. Also a little "salty-flavoured" water in the shower/kitchen/swimming pool could bother somebody. But no big deal.

Far from city centre, but renting a car is very good option

The heated pool and hamam were the best features. The house was very nice.

Because it is a yazlik the house was rather cold for the first day or so as the klima couldn’t really heat very quickly. Also the hot water heater was not working and had to be replaced. The house we stayed in (B4) had a completely bare kitchen so we had to get all supplies for making food (even things like oil and salt, etc.).
