Excellent service, very nice breakfast

Location was great for us! Breakfast was good. Front desk person was very helpful and kind.

The hotel is situated in the heart of Cremona, close to the Piazza del Duomo. The hotel is pet friendly. The staff was nice and helping. The breakfast was excellent. All in all we had a great time. We stayed in Cremona for one night, but we could have prolongued our stay for a day or two. The city is small, but you can do and see many things. We enjoyed the lovely dolce vita alla italiana. So many bars where you can have a Negroni or some vine and enjoying the life passing by.

Super location, comfortable, clean and cozy room. Unfortunately, the breakfast is below all standards.

Breakfast is below all standards. You have to ask for every slice of bread, glass of juice, etc. Even after asking, they didn't offer sausage, ham, cheese, tomato, cucumber (or anything fresh), not to mention warm food (scrambled eggs). On the second day, they didn't even offer bread! Such a nice hotel deserves a breakfast that can be called breakfast.

The location is great, the staff was very friendly and always eager to help. Breakfast is generous. The triple room with 2 separate bedrooms was amazing with kids! Price/quality ratio is perfect.

Hotel could be a bit noisy as there is no noise insulation but it was not an issue as the guests were mostly families and quiet.

The hotel is an old hotel with big comfortable rooms. Breakfast was good. Parking is a few blocks away from the hotel as the hotel is situated on a pedestrian street. Driving from the parking spot to the hotel on a saturday can be a problem if the town market is on.

noisy location (some rooms by restaurant/street noise and some rooms by air-conditioning systems). breakfast needs to be improved.

In the heart of Cremona, in a little alley. The allley is busy with 2-3 bars and the hotel restaurant. The windows had triple glazing and noise was eliminated and it is nice to get downstairs for an aperitivo. Staff was great, young people. The people at the breakfast were super ice as well. It is great value for money and Cremona is a magic place anyway!
