Completamente ristrutturato e pronto per gli ospiti di accoglienza con un fascino contemporaneo costiera, questo condominio è la più bella sulla spiaggia! Con circa 3 camere da letto 2 bagni e 1200 piedi quadrati di spazio, questa casa può ospitare comodamente 6 adulti e 2 bambini (8 max). Situato al piano intermedio del complesso, il ponte offre splendide viste sulle dune oceaniche per le splendide albe mattutine o per rilassarsi e prendere un drink serale guardando i bambini che giocano in piscina. La cucina è nuovo di zecca con elettrodomestici in acciaio inox e forno a convezione per ospitare avere una notte di famiglia nel lontano dalla folla cena. Ogni stanza è spaziosa e ha la sua TV abilitata Roku per streaming via cavo, Netflix o infinite opzioni di app. Per le notti in città si può raggiungere facilmente a piedi lungo la spiaggia alla famosa Carolina Beach Boardwalk a tutti i bar e ristoranti della città. Molto vicino al North End 4x4 accesso alla spiaggia per il campeggio o il divertimento sulla spiaggia durante il giorno.

We have been coming to Carolina Beach now for 10 years and absolutely love it! We have stayed in some really bad places and some really nice places. This one was outstanding! The host was top notch answering all questions or concerns in exceptional time. We will definitely be returning. Thank you again for such an awesome place and wonderful stay.

The condo was more spacious than most 3 BR units that I've been in, and the outdoor deck is a super-convenient, secure place to leave the beach gear without dragging sand into the living space. Loved the view! The parking is a hassle. Some people had 3 cars and some people don't pull all the way forward. Having to text or call someone to move their car in order to get yours out of the garage or receiving a text or call to move yours so someone else can get out is strange and a hassle.

We’ve traveled to Carolina Beach for 15 years and this is one of the best properties we’ve stayed in. Clean, modern, all the amenities, and location is perfect to swim, lounge on the beach, or walk to the boardwalk. It feels like a home away from home.

My family and I spent a week here towards the end of June 2023. Overall we were very happy with our stay at this property. Here are some of the highlights of the property.
- Great location. It is an easy walk to the amusement park, board walk, and many restaurants. It’s also a very short drive to the pier. It’s also far enough from the boardwalk that you won’t hear noise all night. I was worried the description in the listing was exaggerated but it’s not. The walk is very manageable even with little kids.
- Beach front location, literally. It can’t get much closer or be much easier to get to the beach. This is great if you’re like me and have young kids so bring a ton of things to the beach.
- Pool. This was amazing for our family. It was great to break up beach time with pool time. The pool was actually very clean as well. I saw a pool person come to clean several times during our week stay!
- The condo itself is reasonable up to date. The bathrooms and kitchen are in great shape and look to have all been renovated in the last several years. The windows and sliders also kept noise out better than anticipated.
Overall, I think this condo is a great option if you’re looking for a beach front property with a pool.

Beautifully upgraded condo beach front with wonderful private porch overlooking pool and ocean. Living room seating is a bit cozy for 6 adults and the 4 flights of stairs to get up to the condo make it not handicap accessible and a bit challenging for seniors. Otherwise, great location, nice town and comfortable accommodations.

My family and I had a great week at this ocean front condo. The location was great and we walked to almost everything and only got the car out twice. Great family retreat and amenities were good. The only negative was the condo didn’t appear to be well cleaned prior to our arrival.

Family vacation with six adults. It was our first time to Carolina Beach and we all really enjoyed it! The condo was decorated very nicely, and we loved sitting out on the balcony to hang out or watch the sun come up.... we loved the view! It was also great having so many restaurants, the donut shop, coffee shop and ice cream shops within walking distance from the condo. Travis, the owner, was very easy to work with and responded very quickly to any questions we had. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice place to stay on Carolina beach.

We had a nice beach get away with friends. The condo is on the second floor with an awesome view of the beach overlooking the pool. The deck is very spacious with plenty of seating with two small tables.
The condo is decorated very nice and is also very spacious with a very nice, updated, well equipped kitchen. The furniture is comfortable and the bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable.
The cleanliness of the unit was not so good. I had to go buy new shower curtains due to mold and there were several missing shower hooks to hold them, there was also hair in the floor of both bathrooms and the floors in general weren't very clean....especially under the master bed which was visible while sitting on the couch facing toward the bedroom.
The slider in the master bedroom was almost impossible to open so we didn't use it and the slider in the main living area (which is the main entrance to the condo) was also very hard to slide.
Travis was very hospitable and answered my calls and responded to my messages very quickly.

Excellent! Travis has a beautiful property which is just as described on the listing! Very well appointed, roomy, with a beautiful view! Walking distance to fishing charters, restaurants, great ice cream and the boardwalk! Everything you need is close by. We enjoyed getting off the merry go round of life and relaxing by the ocean!

This property was good but not great. We had noisy neighbors above us who were oblivious that their children running from one end of the condo to the other could be heavy us who were one floor below. We addressed it with the owner but it didn’t really help. Just had to go with it!

Owner went out of way to accommodate early arrival and luggage. Would suggest cleaning company does not use a scented spray…it was overpowering when came in especially for people with asthma/allergies.

This property was beautiful, clean, and accurately described. The kitchen had a huge variety of cookware and lots of essentials already stocked! There was a great view of the beach and just a short walk to get there. I’m definitely keeping this place on my radar for another visit!

First, unit was very clean and had all the amenities we would need for our week long stay. In my opinion, the second floor was the best floor to be on...better than the first floor for the view and better than the third floor because it was better covered. It was definitely nice to have beach chairs provided as well as several other items for the beach.
Parking was definitely tricky but we didn't encounter any issues, we were able to park in one of the outside spots the majority of the week. Some vacationers did not pull all the way up in the bays.
We were in walking distance to a number of pretty good restaurants and the boardwalk. We ate at Sea Witch, Carolina Smokehouse, the Deckhouse and Michealangelo's...all of which were really good. We also drove to Wilmington a couple of times (only about 30 mins away). Highly recommend eating at Front Street Brewery if you go there.
We would definitely stay in this unit again.

The description of this property is pretty much spot on. Travis was a pleasure to work with and always very responsive, and in a timely manner, when I had questions or concerns before the booking and during the stay. It is truly in walking distance of the boardwalk which made it very nice and convenient. My only minor concern was the neighborhood got a little bit loud but not to the point where it was overly disturbing or concerning. We felt safe walking to and from the boardwalk and did so quite often at all times of day and night. The property was clean and as advertised. The parking, even though we were there during Memorial Day week, was not bad at all, we never had problems getting in or out. We've been looking for a beach to frequent in the Summers and Carolina Beach may just be the ticket for this family. I wouldn't hesitate to use this property again.

This was my friend group’s second time renting from Travis. The condo is immaculate, providing everything we needed for a great week at the beach.

Great location, loved the pool and distance to beach and other activities. The cleaning person for this facility quit prior to us coming so the place was very dirty. The floor made our feet black from walking on it. We had to spend a couple hours doing a deep clean to be comfortable staying there.
The cleaning fee was refunded to us but a small fee wasn’t worth the hassle and dirtyness of starting vacation in a dirty rental.
Property manager was nice and apologetic about it.
Not a great place to stay with small children. Our 2 year olds feet were apparently loud for the tenants below us. Obviously kids move louder than adults so if you have small children there may be a better option.

We loved our stay at this condo! Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The beach was a short walk over a wooden walkway and the pool was well kept. The parking was unusual, but the owner was really upfront about it and called us as we were about to check in to make sure we knew where to park. Overall a great stay!

Travis was very responsive and helpful. The unit could use a little bit of maintenance here and there but nothing major. The location is fantastic. Steps from the sand. And the pool was great. Our kids loved our stay and we even made a few friends with the visiting neighbors next door!

My family of 6 has a wonderful time at Carolina Beach. The condo was spotless and exactly as listed. It had everything we needed. The beach was clean and not overcrowded. Everything was within walking distance. Communication with owner was easy. Could not be happier. We will definitely book again.

We loved the property especially the view of the ocean from the deck. Travis communicated very efficiently during check in. The pool was great and the proximity to the beach can't be beat. We love staying on this section of the island because you are close to alot of shopping and activities.

We really enjoyed our stay here with only one major complaint… the parking arrangements are horrible. First the space is very limited and the setup is crazy. You are either blocking someone in or they are blocking you. So it’s a constant music chairs deal all week long. Morning noon or night someone asking you to move or you asking them. If we had known this up front Maybe we wouldn’t have picked this place but at least we could have made an informed decision.

We had a wonderful vacation at this property. Travis was very attentive to every question we had and responded very quickly. The condo was the perfect location and had everything we needed. We were able to walk to restaurants and the boardwalk in 10 minutes so it's a walkable location. The patio was perfect for sitting outside and enjoying the view. The pool was very clean and the beach was never crowded! The parking took a little time to get use to but as long as you have good neighbors it won't be an issue!

We had everything we needed at this property for our stay. You can’t beat the location, not only is it beachfront but it’s also a short walk to the boardwalk. Travis was accommodating and easy to communicate with; The pay it forward model is appreciated while you are waiting for your first grocery run. The unit is updated and clean, I would highly recommend this property for a small group!

The property is very nice.. there was a lot of loud construction across the street and the pool was closed, but none of these are travis’ fault , just unfortunate. He was very kind with any complaints or issues we had. I would recommend.

All was good. I want to note point: 1) One important note to next residents. When you leave the house, you need to enter the code to lock the door. (We did not realize that for a day or two) better to highlight this for the property to avoid confusion. 2) Internet connection is weak. Some properties have good fiber. When we work or do school, the line could not handle more than 2 zoom connection. This can be upgraded

Travis was excellent in communicating and his place was beautiful and very clean! Only downside is 3 levels of steps, but the view was worth every step ! Would definitely rent again!
