Bad war in einem schlechten Zustand, Waschtisch und Toilettenbrille defekt. Altes Mobilar, Bett schmal.Frühstück war gar nichts, frisches Obst war sehr gut aber der Rest war unterirdisch. Abgepackte Brotscheiben vom Discounter und Billig aufbackbrötchen…..

I cant even start to mention what I didn’t like. Starting with checkin nobody could speak English, they put me at the phone with someone who couldn’t speak English as well and ended up using google translator but in Chinese as they didn’t speak German as well. the room was dirty, dirty carpet and bathroom, and the shower was clogged. I had to spend like 1 minute every time I wanted to open the door cause the lock was damaged. I stayed in several hotels during this trip in different cities around Germany, Poland and Czech Republic and all of them where amazing except with this.

Breakfast was tasty and enough to feed a family. The room was large with view to the market place. Very quite. Have not slept that good for a long while.

At the reception, the lamps could be dedusted. It does not make a good 'first impression' when one arrives and it looks like haloween. ;-)

Specious, clean and comfortable rooms, very good breakfast, nice ,familiar atmosphere.

we did not have the breakfast because we left at 8 and breakfast start at 8-8:30

no towels on Sauna

I enjoyed my stay, the staff was friendly and the room was simple but in good and clean condition. I liked the spaciousness of the bathroom and the bonus of having access to a small spa room with sauna, which was perfect for a rainy evening.

The only complaint I have was that the room was advertised as having a mini-fridge and kettle which it ended up not having. That was a slight inconvenience as we were on a longer bike tour and had meal leftovers with us. Everything else was really good and enjoyable!

I don't speak German really, only travelled for a tattoo. Staff mostly were able to speak English which helped. Brilliant wifi, got 50mb/s+ download and 25 upload was very useful for me. Food was actually really delicious and nice to have asian & german options with English translations. Pleasant staff, will definitely return here.

Nothing really. Coffee facilities in the room would be a nice addition i suppose.

I booked a room with an area of 25 square meters. But in fact gave 13 square meters. The conflict was resolved only after intervention booking.com. the staff is rude, spoiled the mood. I won't come here again.the hotel itself is unkempt, dirty
