Everything perfect! We really felt at home, great service and great view. Nice pool, good breakfast.

The view was to die for! Stunning view of Lake Garda from our room and balcony which was a delight to sit on and relax in the evenings. Staff were super friendly and helpful and took the time to interact with us and get to know us. The restaurant was great, wonderful food and a lovely view - great for dinner or relaxing with a drink in the evening. The hotel was about 15 mins walk from the town centre which was fine for us. Nice and peaceful!

The aircon was useless, didn't cool the room down at all. Really not good when you need a cool place to escape the searing heat! It's a shame as that's the one thing that really let's down a great hotel, they need to upgrade the aircon for sure. The staff did give us a fan though which helped a lot. I know it sounds silly but the pool was very deep throughout- too deep for me (5ft7) to touch the bottom by a long shot. I'm sure that's no issue for strong swimmers but if you're not great at swimming like me it kind of makes the pool unusable. I found the bed quite firm and uncomfortable; a new mattess and a couple of decent pillows would really make a lot of difference. Finally the water pressure on the shower was very weak; not a major issue but still something that could be improved.

it was well positioned with good well trained staff that couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable.

They shouldn’t take booking’s advertising air conditioning, when it’s not working I booked that hotel because it had air conditioning.

Very kind and friendly staff, amazing view, they have some nice chairs to seat on the balcony and appreciate it. Good breakfast (some variety of fruits, bread, eggs, pastries/sweets). Not so close to the main street and restaurants if you wanna go walking.

The room was bit dark.

A good for value room, with a stunning view on Lake Garda and private seats on shared balcony. Corona measures were well executed at the breakfast, which was quite good actually. Nice and quiet swimming pool.

Staff was helpful. The room was big the bed was comfortable. Very nice room view! Good cleaning service.

The coffee included at the breakfast was only the coffee machine ones which is not really enjoyable especially when you are on a holiday.

Staff were very friendly and went over and above to make you feel comfortable. Views from our balcony were stunning. Pool was very nice.

More pillows in our room would have been nice
