From arriving at the Parquemar to leaving, always a welcome from the receptionist. Clean, quiet and the beds are very comfortable.

Unfortunately the lift wasn’t working, so had to climb 56 steps each day, either up or down, for us didn’t really matter, and wasn’t the fault of the staff.

It's a convenient and secure resort with a decent pool. Our 3 year old son went for a wander around the resort and staff were able to find him using resort cameras -- this was extremely helpful.

It's located between a busy road and a 4 lane motorway. The noise in our front garden (house at the very back, by the motorway) ranged between 50 and 80 DB depending one time of day. I hated to be in this type of highly urbanised setting. Staff have attempted to offer us a house a bit further away from the street mid-stay but the noise wasn't that much better there. I guess the main issue is not with the resort but with how urban and busy this area of Maspalomas is. I would not recommend this location to anyone who likes to be in nature. The little gardens and palm trees are pretty but they can't cover for the fact that you are located in the middle of an urban jungle.

On the first day, since my flight arrived in the morning, I was able to get into the room early. Meanwhile, the man at the front desk provided me with excellent service over the next few days.

Every morning, the cleaning staff start their work very early ，and have to say they are a bit too loud for me to sleep in the morning.

The nice pool. Nice and cheep restaurants in the neighborhood. The supermarket is 50m from the hotel.

Everything. We stayed here 4 times in the past 12 months. The staff are exceptional and facilities are great. 7-10 minute walk to yumbo. Location perfect.

stayed before in the bungalows but were none left this time - the studio was good and the beds were very comfortable

I know as a 2* air con isn’t going to be there but even in November we had to go buy a fan as it was hot - I do think each room should have one provided.
