Very good location, kind and friendly employees!

We booked the Hari as we had met others on our travels who had been there and had recommended it to us. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar. Hotel is 5 min walk from Pub Street with its lively bars and restaurants.

Rooms tended to be a bit dark but this could also be a positive as it did help to keep the room cool.

Amazing hotel a 5min walk away from Pub Street with the best view over Siem Reap. The breakfasts were great and the staff was the best <3. We went for our Honeymoon and can highly recommend it.

The breakfast box one gets from the hotel when on an early morning tour was underwhelming compared to the breakfast buffet you would otherwise get if you stayed in the hotel.

Buffet breakfast was excellent. I arrived hours early and the staff gave me a room to rest and shower in while waiting for mine to be ready. There were several such extra touches from this hotel. My room was huge, with a separate space off the bathroom for a deep bathtub and shower area. There was a balcony with large swing to sit in, and a couch in the room. I could walk to the best restaurants in Siem Reap and to a large market. The Royal Residence was also walking distance.

The staffs were all very accommodating and attentive. Special mention to Kim who arranged all our tours and transport ,giving us an enjoyable and yet relaxing time with no pressure. The restaurant on the 5th level served delicious meals. Also the breakfast is not to be missed.

We were upgraded to a bigger room and it was fabulous. Beautiful view of the city, with lovely sunsets. Big spacious bathroom, clean and tidy. Pool was warm and nice. Had some gym facilities which I appreciated. Breakfast had good options and was tasty. On arrival we were given a welcome drink and a slice of opera cake (lovely touch).

The pictures look much better than the reality of the hotel. The hotel is nice but i was quite disappointed with reality vs. pictures. It was quite "old" vs. what is shown .

I had a wonderful experience at the Hari Residence. First of all, the amazing staff with a great attitude consistently made sure I was comfortable, which I really value. Plus beautiful, spacious rooms and excellent localization. No cons. Hari Residence is definitely a place you want to come back to.

Room location 450 was located below the kitchen we heard staff working later and early only think did not like about our stay

Very friendly and helpful staff with good English who can assist you with a variety of stuff including booking drivers and tours. The hotel is a short walking distance to 'Pub Street' which is basically an area filled with decent restaurants for expats and tourists. The hotel even has its own tuk-tuks right outside for getting around if you need them.

A naughty dog in the area next to the hotel would bark loudly occasionally and let's just say I didn't need an alarm clock with the friendly neighbourhood rooster providing early morning wake up services. It's not a problem specifically with the hotel though as there are just lot of dogs and chickens running around semi-wild in Siem Reap.

Good clean rooms, well maintained, and great facilities, including a spa and massage options. Breakfast and dining options were varied and always met my expectations. Excellent location well within walking distance of all the attractions within Siem Reap itself including a number of markets and entertainment. The staff are superb. They could not do more for you if they tried, and I really cannot stress that enough. They even managed to recover my mobile phone for me when I foolishly left it in the transfer taxi from Phnom Penh within 45 minutes! Transit and travel further away from Siem Reap such as the Angkor temples, etc, are easily arranged within the hotel at very reasonable prices, and the staff will get this right first time every time. A very special mention to Kim who is the only person I have ever met who does not seem to possess the ability to frown! A great stay and highly recommended.

The only downside is the noise pollution caused by the neighbourhood dogs. It is irritating and unfortunately outside of the control of the hotel. This affects those rooms that are located on the west side and outside facing only.

This hotel had some of the friendliest staff I have ever met. They were absolutely accommodating and went abov enad beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. That they knew our names and greeted us personally every morning made us feel right at home. We will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast could have had a few more choices but was still ok. Bathroom needed more provisions for putting wet towels.

This hotel was a great choice. - The lobby is incredible. - Staff is beyond nice. - Rooms are big. - Breakfast is terrific. - Pool is soooo nice after a day sightseeing and walking around temples. - Location is perfect, walking distance to main streets, restaurants, shops, etc. - Airport shuttle.
