Funcionários super atenciosos principalmente da recepção. Precisei de mais 4 cabides e a funcionária não só me levou os cabides na hora que eu pedi ainda dependurou e guardou-as no armário minhas camisas que estavam sobre a cama. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

The room was very hot. The climatisation stopped when I was outside the room and very noisy when I was sleeping.

Comfortable bed, front desk staff was very nice.

Air conditioner was very weak. Wifi weak at times and no ethernet port. No dresser or drawers to put my clothing in. Only 4 hangers, this is stupid and cheap and with no dresser I had to live out of my suitcase. Restaurant just ok, very slow service and limit menu. Cant walk to local restaurants. Towels hard and old. Some were ripped.

The room was great. With a lot of space and a spectacular hot shower. There were extraordinary blackouts in the windows but, unfortunately, there was a lot of light coming under the door.

Swimming pool and sauna weren't clean. There was spider among the chairs and there weren't any towels when leaving the swimming pool. The staff wasn't happy at all. They never smiled.

very silent and peaceful area . also very safe 24 hours a day. Food is very good, well prepared and delicious. Breakfast is typical of the southern region of Brazil with good variety.

the queen beds are just two twin beds linked together. Staff is friendly but don’t do anything “beyond “ expectation. I needed medication from any local pharmacy and all they offered to do is to hook me up via phone with a medicine delivery which did not help much. Departure day we had to help ourselves with the bags and the baggage cart. Room service ends at 10 Pm local time . Spacious parking, but staff doesn’t tell you about the “hidden” shaded area behind the hotel where your car won’t fry in the sun.
