absolutely clean, staff very nice, especially Alessandra, the waitress. the location is grate : 7 min walk from the beach and close to “metro mare “ a sort of bus that brings you to the centre of Rimini (only 2 stops ) and to Riccione. good breakfast and fair dinners

I would have appreciate a mini fridge in the room, even if there is a 24h bar in the hall

Thought the breakfast could be better, less cakes and more savoury would be an improvement.

Everything - lovely family run hotel - all the staff are amazing I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Rimini, it also has the added bonus of having a lovely pool thank you to Alessandra Alex Elena Micol and Alicia for making my stay extra special Arriverderci. Elizabeth

Recently refurbished, the staff is excellent, as it is their own business. I will stay there again, if I get the chance.

Like all the other hotels I have stayed in in Italy, the check-out is at 10 AM and one double bed means two single beds united into one, with an uncomfortable hole in the middle.

Really good location and friendly staff , nice and quiet area on a night but a 5 minute walk to the main Street with bars and restaurants a plenty. 5 minute walk to the beach. Nice pool and felt very private. We would definitely stay again in this hotel

Amazing place! Neat, renovated, sparkling clean, modern, all digitalized! Super comfortable rooms and beds. Nice helpful personnel. Cool pool! Good arrangement for the beach. Very good value for a 3 star hotel.

Everything was perfect

It was really a good choice ! Location is perfect, far enough from crowded promenade and at the same time easily accessible to the beach (5 min walk) and bus stations to go along the coast and to Rimini centrale station. Open air swimming pool at any time, lovely and attentive receptionists. Beautiful and cosy entry salon with A Frank Sinatra’s song making atmosphere !

Noise with closed windows. Particularly for the rooms having a street view. Even with closed rollets doesn’t isolate from various noise of the street including crazy motorbikes and cleaning cars very late at night.
